Melvin Lewis is the owner/operator of this mobile car wash and detail service company. I've recommended his Mobile Car Wash to numerous friends and co-workers all whom have been very satisfied with both the reliability and quality of service. The thing I really like about Miracle Hands is the convenience of getting your car(s) washed and/or detailed when it's good for me. I don't have to leave my driveway to get my car washed. I don't have to wait in line or worry that a mechanical car wash is going to scratch my vehicle. It takes one phone call to set up your appointment. Prices are very reasonable as well. They currently charge $25.00 for a full car wash. This includes wash, wheel dressing and full inside cleaning...windows and all. If you'd like the full Detail Service, the cost for my car was $150.00. I have a full size sedan. The full Detail Service includes wash and wax; full inside cleaning of windows, carpets, seats and finally cleaning your engine! My car looked brand new when Melvin was done. Even the engine looked brand new. Well worth the price. I highly recommend Miracle Hands! I know Miracle Hands services Memphis, Collierville, Cordova and Bartlett. He's also gone out as far as Lakland. I'd imagine he'd also service parts of Mississippi.

I was going to get just the standard wash/vacuum for $35 but when we realized my car (which had been living in New Orleans) needed a little more help, we moved up to the hand wax service and I'm SO glad we did. Beautiful job and very thorough inside job and all right outside my home. The biggest miracle about Miracle Hands was the way he predicted the weather with 100% accuracy. I'm thinking gift cards for the holidays.

This automotive business continues to offer the best possible affordable service around…read more Many of my family members have their "every man" cars and trucks maintained and fixed here. These guys are real professionals, with a large depth of knowledge. They don't work on electric vehicles, or do oil changes on BMW-s, because those are simply a few things that are outside of their areas of expertise or required specialized tools to work on. Also, working on seemingly simple issues on an EV is like diving down a deep rabbit hole. I'm completely okay with that, since I don't ever plan on owning an EV, or any high-end vehicle for that matter. I know a guy who inherited a Mercedes Benz sedan. He was okay with the car until he had the get engine oil changed. The process to change the oil required a special tool that only the local Mercedes dealership's shop possessed. At the time, the charge for the oil change was $250.00, plus tax. After a few very high maintenance expenditures like that, he sold the car.

I have always gotten really good service from them until today. Kind and compassionate is generally the feel. I was completely comfortable with any advice they gave me. They have caught things that I didn't even know were wrong and was then blown away at the difference in the vehicle afterwards. Aside for the couple times they fixed the wrong thing and I had to bring back my vehicles and wait for another repair to be completed, the repairs are always top notch. I've been here a bunch recently and have spent at least $10-$12k on repairs, probably more. Most recently it was $1800 in July, $850 on Nov 8th, and $1700 just last week! I am quite agitated but I'm not going to screw with their star ranking just because we are breaking up. Plus, I should have written a positive review before now anyway. No one really reads these reviews anyway, so the stars are all they will see. Why am I pissed? I hit a pothole, blew the damn tire, and needed to tow my car to them for a new tire. I called, Tracy answered, and I gave him the make, model, and tire size. He says, "I can't get that tire and I don't work on Tesla's anyway". It's a fucking tire! Do your jacks not work on Tesla's? What a joke. Five lug nuts loosened, a jack, put the tire on the damn wheel. That's all I needed, bro. I guess you don't work on my three Fords and a Jeep now either. I'm sure my business doesn't matter and Tracy will be just fine, at least that's the vibe. Good luck boys

I contacted Larry and he was extremely responsive and I have been so impressed with his level of customer service on explaining everything to me on what can be done. I had the car dropped off this week and flying in to make the documented journey home. I look forward to the second part of the review of this highly recommended company when I pick up the car. Bottom line - If you are lucky enough to live in Memphis or surrounding area don't bring you car or SUV anywhere but TBOC. Let them impress you with their customer service the way they have with me.
