Because of problems I've had with one of our local car washes, I started using Miracle Hands roughly a year ago. Melvin Lewis is the owner/operator of this mobile car wash and detail service company. I've recommended his Mobile Car Wash to numerous friends and co-workers all whom have been very satisfied with both the reliability and quality of service. The thing I really like about Miracle Hands is the convenience of getting your car(s) washed and/or detailed when it's good for me. I don't have to leave my driveway to get my car washed. I don't have to wait in line or worry that a mechanical car wash is going to scratch my vehicle. It takes one phone call to set up your appointment. Prices are very reasonable as well. They currently charge $25.00 for a full car wash. This includes wash, wheel dressing and full inside cleaning...windows and all. If you'd like the full Detail Service, the cost for my car was $150.00. I have a full size sedan. The full Detail Service includes wash and wax; full inside cleaning of windows, carpets, seats and finally cleaning your engine! My car looked brand new when Melvin was done. Even the engine looked brand new. Well worth the price. I highly recommend Miracle Hands! I know Miracle Hands services Memphis, Collierville, Cordova and Bartlett. Everything about Miracle Hands was a pleasant surprise. I'm visiting from out of town so calling Miracle Hands was a leap of faith. I was going to get just the standard wash/vacuum for $35 but when we realized my car (which had been living in New Orleans) needed a little more help, we moved up to the hand wax service and I'm SO glad we did. Beautiful job and very thorough inside job and all right outside my home. The biggest miracle about Miracle Hands was the way he predicted the weather with 100% accuracy. Melvin Lewis was highly recommended by my auto maintenance folks. They did me a great service by recommending this car detailing/washing service. They came to our home and did a spectacular job detailing our Buicks. They finished both the four-door sedan and the full-size SUV in about 4 hours. Today it was at least 98 degrees Celsius, so they were "booking." They're friendly, professional, speedy, thorough--and a great value. I highly recommend Miracle Hands! Update: After Miracle Hands finished (and after I wrote the preceding review) I discovered that the car brand decal on the rear of both my cars were damaged. I asked the service provider if he had accidentally done the damage. First he insisted he hadn't. Then he said he would come and look at the damage. He confirmed he had looked at the damage subsequently but then stopped communicating. I also noted when the sun came out that the wax buffing left many splotches of wax. I highly recommend the services from Miracle Hands. My car hadn't been washed in a month and had uncharacteristically been kept outside for a couple of weeks. Melvin brought my car back to pristine condition. I have a luxury car and I'm very particular about who handles the cleaning. This was by far the best detail my car has ever received. Miracle Hands has earned a loyal customer! One suggestion, if you want your car detailed on Saturday, it is good to call ahead on Friday to ensure you get a spot. read more

Let me start by saying that the owner is very polite and does a pretty decent job at cleaning/detailing cars. However, for the wash/ clean you receive, the price is ridiculous!! My car looks no different than what I would have gotten from Mr Pride or another shop!! For the price I could have went to a REAL detail shop and came out happier. I started using Miracle Hands about 5 years ago. Melvin Lewis Sr is the owner/operator of this mobile car wash and detail service company. Melvin Lewis Sr. himself and an assistant had been detailing my car and doing a great job of detailing my car to my satisfaction and was always on time for my appointment. About a year ago, I would make my appointment with Mr. Lewis, Sr. and he would send his son, Melvin Lewis, Jr. and an assistant to detail my car. They started off doing just as a good job as Mr. Lewis Sr. and his assistant. But within the last 6 months, well needless to say, I haven't been satisfied with their services and not being on time for my scheduled appointment. I've called Melvin Lewis, Jr a few times to inform him my dissatisfaction of the work that was done on my car and a few times he came back to correct the problem. About a month ago, I called Melvin Lewis Sr to schedule an appointment for the next day in the morning. He said ok they would be there. I stayed at home ALL DAY waiting on someone from MIRACLE HANDS MOBILE CAR WASH to show up. NO ONE EVER DID!! I then called Melvin Lewis Sr only to get his voicemail. I left him a voicemail stating that I had an appointment for that day and no one bothered to show up or call me to let me know they were either busy or forgot. NEEDLESS TO SAY, as of today 04/24/15, I have not received a call or anything from Melvin Lewis Sr. nor Jr.! This is very unprofessional, but I guess this is just like any other private business, when they get started they loyal and take care of the people who remained loyal customers. But as soon as they feel they have ARRIVED AT THE TOP, they become disloyal, untrustworthy and unprofessional towards us loyal customers who were there in the beginning. Now the only people who are getting the services we once had are people of a "CERTAIN" ethnic group.
