I went in and asked the gentleman (Jose!) at the counter for help and he quickly sprung into action, grabbing a pair of wipers that fit my car. Now, he did choose some that I wasn't willing to pay for without my bf checking on them lol. But they were probably the best for my car so I appreciated it! When I told him this, he quickly replaced them with some basic ones without any fuss or push to upsell me as some folks would. Jose agreed to put the wipers on my car with no issue. He even let me bend his ear about the possibility that my broken wiper had scratched up my window, checking on it as soon as he went out to my car. Luckily I was incorrect and he assured me that it was probably just a deep print from the moisture that would go away. He quickly replaced my wipers and gave me a cloth to wipe my windshield later if the mark wasn't gone. So appreciative of Jose's help!

So, I purchased brake pads, rotors and calipers and made sure the items could be returned if I didn't need them. Well, I only needed the brake pads so I returned everything else-WITH RECEIPTS. When I returned the items, I received a printout that basically said I wouldn't be able to return anything to AutoZone for 180 days because I returned all of that stuff. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT AUTOZONE EVER AGAIN. It's not like I stole the ish.

Instead of simply answering, Dustin sarcastically replied, "I don't have any you can borrow." I was confused, since I never asked to borrow one. I then picked out a funnel to purchase and returned to the register. When I asked if they accepted American Express, Dustin dismissively said, "It's a card, isn't it?" While it is a card, I asked because not all businesses accept Amex. After paying, he added another unnecessary remark: "I've never heard of anyone having a problem using a card." The entire interaction was unprofessional, condescending, and insulting. Because of this experience, I will never return to this O'Reilly location.

My interaction and stop in was brief and limited, but I was able to see that the store was well kept, stocked and clean. I popped in for a tire gauge and to check prices for a back-windshield wiper. I purchased the tire gauge, but the prices were not the best on the wiper. The staff was helpful and asked if I needed help upon entry. Overall, exactly what I expected when I stopped here.
