First visit today was to get my front license plate installed as my car came up from Florida where there are no front plates required. They must have had a dozen different types of screws and fasteners for this type issue. The team member behind the counter, Jair was an absolute gentleman and guided me to the right choice and then installed it on my car. It's not that I could not do it, Jair just made it much easier for me to get this done. I also had an opportunity to speak with the manager, Sanique. She too is a wonderful person. They all have the same goal in mind.... Serve the needs of their customers. I also had to go back for new wiper blades and again got a new education on all their wiper blades. This is not a new building or auto parts store. The difference was that the shelves were stocked-overflowing with merchandise. Not a very big store but that is not a factor here. The shop was bright and clean with an extremely helpful staff behind the counter. Apparently they do a huge amount of business over the phone as they did not stop ringing. They have an excellent selection of just about everything. They have material from washing and detailing your car to batteries and other major parts. Many are in the stockrooms and behind the counter. I am always happy and impressed when I see a LOCAL store holding the same stock as a major department store and priced the same. I'm feeding the cashier the part number on the autozone app and they can't find it in the system and needed manager to point it out. Manager busy running cashier and commercial accounts. They gave me attitude and said ...you don't want it? This horn buying of mine must have been some sort of inconvenience of their day. I mean why would I want to buy the wrong horn. This girl has worked on cars before, I know my parts. Exit stage right for me and off to the Toyota dealership for the correct horn.

Nope, not at all! My dad is a frequent here as he enjoys fixing up cars and I went with him one day because this place also sells cars and he saw one that he liked driving by. We went the day after a big snow day and were not allowed to go into the yard because of ice, which was actually really thoughtful. The guys there did help answer all of my dads questions about the vehicle and they laid it out to him honestly, telling him what was wrong with the vehicle, the make, the model, the year and an estimate on just how much it would cost to get it in good running order. I know my dad has also picked up spare parts from here and we've benefitted from it by such little things as windshield wipers and I think tires too. Just a quick note about the street it's on: it's a super commercial road so it has a lot of work trucks barreling up and down. At it's worst it has giant potholes and also can be addled with nails that have fallen off the trucks. Be wary and vigilant when driving around here!

I'm pretty sure it was the blond ponytail guy, and another guy, but they were ripping on each other so hard, and creatively, I was cracking up just standing there. They were as funny as Howard Stern (at the time, still in his prime), and I told them they should have their own radio show. Fast forward to today, I stopped in to try to junk an old car, and they were still as polite, courteous, and professional as before, only this time they went above and beyond to help me out. We couldn't make a deal, but they did refer me to a colleague who gave me the best price. Who ever is running the show over there is doing a great job, because it's always a pleasure to stop in. Fantastic shop, these guys set the standard of customer service, regardless of industry. Thanks.
