Cathy is incredibly honest, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond for her customers. As a woman, I've definitely felt taken advantage of by other mechanics in the past, so finding someone I can truly trust means a lot to me. I recently had a strange issue with my car where the check engine light kept staying on. Cathy's team did multiple checks, over multiple days, and eventually solved the problem for me, at an incredibly reasonable price. What I appreciate most is that I never feel like I'm being scammed or pushed into unnecessary repairs. I genuinely trust Cathy and her team with my car, and that is not something I take lightly. This review is based on few things: + they are going to tell you they can turn them around in 1 day... it's a scam to make you think they are going to be of high quality. + the first time they turned them around I noticed lots of running paint that was dried up. + they claim that nobody powdercoats the outer barrel of the wheel yet they advertise wheels that are fully powder coated inside and out. They literally gave me back two tone gradient wheels and didn't bat an eyelash -- the audacity + on the redo I gave them ample time to make sure they provided me with a high quality job only to receive a job worst than the first job. + $150.00 to repair rashed/bent wheel + powdercoat seemed pricey.... For the quality of work, I'd pay $50/wheel -- I'm being generous with that number. These wheels make me want to vomit + take a look at the images I posted so you can get a good idea of the amount of blemishes on these newly refinished (x2) wheels. $653.02 after tax for this job. I'd rather pay a fifth grader this money to give me a splatter job with house paint lol. I'm laughing straight to the bank with this one... can anyone say CHARGEBACKKK?!?! Instead of identifying the problem, they repeatedly sealed the tire unnecessarily without testing it properly using soapy water or submerging it. They charged me $20 each time, but the tire kept leaking because they ignored the actual issue. This carelessness could have put my safety at risk. Avoid this place.
