Stay away! Extremely poor communication and customer service. I attempted to contact them via multiple emails over multiple business day until I finally gave up on them and requested a cancellation and full refund, as my order still had not been processed after 8 business days from placing it. They again ignored my email where I requested to cancel my order and decided to ship the part 3 days after my cancellation request. A simple response providing an update would have been sufficient, but I guess that's just below their pay grade. The rear vents for my 2017 Ram 3500 came fairly quickly. They seem like a higher quality than the factory vents. All Ram owners should know about rear vent leaks. There are alot of videos how to install these but just angle them, push them in from the inside the truck, the square them up and snap them in. It's not at all as hard as the videos show. 2 Minutes to install after removing the seats. Don't order the ones from China. Buy them from All Mopar Parts, There very high quality. read more

The parts arrived in a reasonable amount of time , but after having to endure several back and forth emails to determine the actual delivery date. I would recommend that they institute a customer service phone number, rather than having an email back and forth which I think would save the customer time and aggravation. Fast forward to July 2025. It was still on backorder and I requested a refund. I closed the original debit card I ordered it with, and they proceeded to tell me that I needed a letter from my bank saying it was closed. Fair. It is now November 2025, I have sent screen shots and the letter from my bank, and surprise! Still no refund. If you order anything from this company you need to embrace yourself to deal with UPS. if UPS MIS-DELIVER your package YOU paid for it is going to be your responsibility according to my own experience deal with this company. I tried to open a claim directly to UPS but UPS sent me a picture as their delivery proof which it does not show my house number but package. So it is not valid proof. And I know my house door... trust me. When I said it is not my house, it is not my house. So i sent an email to Mopar and they said, UPS is right I am wrong. They have the proof and we(Mopar) cannot do anything. Then I reply Mopar and said, since Mopar is the one Initiated business, they need to refund or replace my order then deal with UPS.... but never heard back after that email.
