More than 24 hours after placing my order, I still have not received an order confirmation, and the order does not appear in my account. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and leaves customers with no way to obtain assistance or even confirm that their order was received. Also, the phone number on the Yelp page is useless. It's a recording that says that due to the Covid pandemic (!?!?!?!?) people are working from home and can't be reached. Order oil filters for my Dodge Challenger by the website I should receive them in a couple of days and should get a tracking number after placing order to see progress of shipment. It's been 10 days since placing oder and the website has my oder saying working in progress no notification that my order was shipped. I have tried calling them for the last 7 days and and call goes to a voice mail box that says it is full and cannot accept no more messages. I had to order two rims for my 2021 RAM 1500 Laramie Night edition truck. The parts arrived in a reasonable amount of time , but after having to endure several back and forth emails to determine the actual delivery date. The parts are authentic genuine MOPAR for my RAM 1500 Laramie Night Edition. The price was very reasonable and fair compared to the markup that the tire repair shop wanted. I would recommend that they institute a customer service phone number, rather than having an email back and forth which I think would save the customer time and aggravation. Fast forward to July 2025. It was still on backorder and I requested a refund. I closed the original debit card I ordered it with, and they proceeded to tell me that I needed a letter from my bank saying it was closed. Fair. I tried to open a claim directly to UPS but UPS sent me a picture as their delivery proof which it does not show my house number but package. So it is not valid proof.
