This is not a new building or auto parts store. The difference was that the shelves were stocked-overflowing with merchandise. Not a very big store but that is not a factor here. The shop was bright and clean with an extremely helpful staff behind the counter. Apparently they do a huge amount of business over the phone as they did not stop ringing. They have an excellent selection of just about everything. They have material from washing and detailing your car to batteries and other major parts. Many are in the stockrooms and behind the counter. I am always happy and impressed when I see a LOCAL store holding the same stock as a major department store and priced the same. I asked where on Old Country Road and he said West. The GPS Google sends me East, hickups and does not tell me where it is. I turned around and finally found it right side of Levittown Parkway and Old Country Road. People who call them are told use the land marks of the Dunkin donut and 7 11. which is before them as they are on the right side of the street heading west. IT is a small parking lot and difficult to turn out of back on to the road with a fire hydrant on the street side. Check for their hours. I went in (Women beware) many men on line and getting served by other employee) and I was waiting and then told the man at the counter what I wanted. He had it. I had card in hand ready to pay and did not even quarm the price) Then the phone rang and he took the call and then procceded to take care of the callers needs. And I waited. And then, I waited. Then he left the counter and ... I waited. Then, I left, and bought the item at the other close by Auto parts store in Hicksville near Jersey Mikes, - for approximatly 60 dollars less where I was helped right away. Go figure. I said this is not the correct horn, they said yes it is....it's a universal horn, there will be parts in the bag to make it fit. I again said, it's not the correct horn for the car. They gave me attitude and said ...you don't want it? This horn buying of mine must have been some sort of inconvenience of their day. I mean why would I want to buy the wrong horn. This girl has worked on cars before, I know my parts. Exit stage right for me and off to the Toyota dealership for the correct horn.
