This is not a new building or auto parts store. The difference was that the shelves were stocked-overflowing with merchandise. Not a very big store but that is not a factor here. The shop was bright and clean with an extremely helpful staff behind the counter. Apparently they do a huge amount of business over the phone as they did not stop ringing. They have an excellent selection of just about everything. They have material from washing and detailing your car to batteries and other major parts. Many are in the stockrooms and behind the counter. I am always happy and impressed when I see a LOCAL store holding the same stock as a major department store and priced the same. Terrible and unresponsive customer service. My order was missing instructions and several parts…read moreneeded to mount the bull guard to my vehicle. I was told that I would receive a response regarding the missing instructions and pieces, but never did. I would've returned the product to them, but kept it for two reasons. 1. I did not want to deal with the shipping process and end up paying money just to lose money returning it, and 2. Another company that sold similar bull bars (and for less) helped me out by sending me the missing pieces I needed. These people clearly do not care whether you do business with them, and they bank on you giving up contacting them for help after you spend hundreds of dollars on their products.
