had Lu at the register today. He was very unprofessional and quick to be upset when asking…read morequestions about items to purchase. heard him over the phone with a customer acting the same way. When checking out he was so frustrated with questions that were asked he acted as if he wasn't going to sell/checkout the items I wanted to buy. This type of customer service does not belong anywhere. I've had more than a dozen good encounters at this advanced auto parts and have always been helped TREMENDOUSLY when asking questions. if you can't operate the front desk of an advanced auto parts you probably can't do much in life and life must suck. last but not least Lu has no clue how to operate the computer system when finding parts and Is LOST. Either he put no effort into the training and learned nothing or was trained improperly. Unfortunate I had to leave a comment today but people like this are what make life harder for everyone else. he simply could have remained calm and kept looking for the item that was asked. Please pay attention to who you're hiring. SIDE NOTE : IVE PREVIOUSLY BOUGHTEN THIS ITEM FROM THE SAME STORE. I HAD ANOTHER WORKER KINDLY AND PROPERLY FIND THE ITEM FOR ME TO PURCHASE. This is something that could have been completely avoided if the worker was trained Accordingly and had acted professional. Hope Lu can figure it out for himself as he will have a long Road ahead of him if he acts this way his entire life.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH Gainesville GMC- SAFETY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NEGLIGENCE…read more I never thought I'd have to make a post like this, but my recent experience with Gainesville GMC has left me shaken and deeply concerned. I took my vehicle to this dealership, trusting that I'd receive high-quality service. Instead, what I got was pure negligence that could have cost me my life and endangered countless others. The dealership failed to properly secure my tire during service and do a proper oil change. Simple and routine maintenance on any vehicle. As a result, the tire studs was stripped along the sides unknowingly and eventually completely fell off my car while I was driving down the road. The damage to my rim and the situation itself were terrifying. The thought of what could have happened--to me or others on the road--still haunts me. This is not the level of service anyone would expect, especially from a dealership. What's even more disappointing is how this was handled afterward. Barely an apology with all the "fixing" to ensure things right to be utterly false. I was even misled about the service supposedly being done both times "correctly"--when clearly, it was not. I'm sharing this to warn others about this dealership and their shocking disregard for basic safety standards. I've attached photos of the damage so you can see just how serious this situation was. If you're considering using Gainesville GMC for your vehicle, think twice. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I hope no one else has to endure such a traumatic experience.
