This type of customer service does not belong anywhere. I've had more than a dozen good encounters at this advanced auto parts and have always been helped TREMENDOUSLY when asking questions. if you can't operate the front desk of an advanced auto parts you probably can't do much in life and life must suck. last but not least Lu has no clue how to operate the computer system when finding parts and Is LOST. Either he put no effort into the training and learned nothing or was trained improperly.
