    I am writing an updated review for a review I left this week. The manager after seeing my review…read morehas communicated very well with me to address my issues with items I purchased. Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Thank you Chucks for following up and understanding our needs.

About 2yrs ago I took my BMW in for service and they forgot to put the crusher ring back on my drain plug which left me with an oil leak. I took the car back for repair. (simple mistake) About 1 year ago I ran my wife's car through and they stripped out the drain plug after doing an oil change. They refused to reimburse for repair of oil pan ($300) The worst part is I figured that we would run my son's car in to have his oil change done and they neglected to put the filter on tight which left an oil leak (4/6/25.) Unnoticed the oil filter could have came off (per dealer) and cost an engine on a 2024 car. When I went back for reimbursement I was told Derrek the regional manager told his employees not to reimburse. I told the employee there that I wasn't sure if it was their service as the car was still under warranty I wanted to make sure we weren't dealing with a warranty issue. After leaving the dealer and finding out that it was the neglect of Costa. I explained all this to the employees when I showed up with documentation from the dealer and they had compassion and reimburse me anyways. Kudos to the employees choosing to do the right thing! Our family chooses to do business with local businesses as much as possible but in this case Costa will never get another dollar from us. As I stated at the beginning ((BEWARE)) you could be next...

    Bad experience ....no financial quote given, just a demand of 1K to start work...open financial…read morework order TBD upon finishing job!! WTF is that? apes installed with chrome accessories...6 weeks later I pick the bike up. Insisted i sign off on mechanical liability because he didn't have time to road test it...chrome ALL finger-printed up w/ oily smears. Throttle stuck wide open, loose screws holding the throttle body on... so he had to tighten, then loosen, move it back & forth to make it let go, then re-tighten...in the rain...then said it was MY responsibility.... then I asked for his posted 10% military discount. Ha! Another ruse. Said no, then excused it away by telling me he wasn't getting it from his suppliers...when I went in to pay the full price, sign off accepting my bike "as-is", he said the could give me the 10%.....the exact amount for 2hours of labor he tacked on for removing a couple of stink bugs...what a GD abortion...badmouthed everything, the bike, a stud he broke off, his paint guy that sucks, a couple of stink bugs, dirt under the frame, some surface rust...everything!! I couldn't wait to get out of there. Took it right to the Harley dealership. I made a mistake with Bill Raber...he "got me"....He pressures you to do sh** HE wants to do & can spend YOUR money quicker than you...Then wants the money up front... YOU WERE WARNED!!
