My son had trouble changing the lightbulb in our car because it's really very difficult to get underneath and change it and so I went inside AutoZone to see if they can help in this lovely young lady Jamie helped me and she helped my son big-time if it wasn't for her we would've never got the lightbulb in for the headlights. This place is wonderful even today I went in the gentleman that I actually spoke to yesterday. Helped me today very friendly. Very nice greet you with a smile. I love this place. Purchased $220 in parts to try and fix the ac in a car. Figured out that the problem was something else so I returned the part a day after purchasing and the were still unopened. when I was doing the return I explaiNed that I need either the cash back or for it to be put on a gift card so that I could get the correct part at another Autozone an hour away because they didn't have it where I got the parts initially. Any other retailer has no problems refunding cash for a DEBIT purchase, however they would not do either. so now I have to wait until the refund hits my bank so I can fix the ac for my kids in this 95 degree heat. The managers and assistant manager at this store are a joke. I will never shop there again. read more

I'm not a big car person, so when I need help with parts or maintenance, I rely a lot on the people who work in places like Auto Zone. I've always been treated respectfully at this location and have never felt pressured to buy something, even after they spend time giving me advice. Just today, my wife and I stopped in to have our battery checked (it needed to be jumped a few times in the last few weeks). The employee checked the battery and determined it needed to be replaced and while he said it should probably be taken to a garage to be replaced (since there's a duct overtop of the battery), he spent the time looking at the engine to determine he could easily move it to replace our battery. This extra time he took to see if it was possible saved us a lot of time and was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place for all your auto parts needs! read more

The manager was extremely rude. I requested a price match for an item ($22.00 K&N Cabin Filter Cleaner Kit) that was being sold by their direct competitor Nextdoor for 20% off. He argued with me and insisted that they do not price match online prices, he then proceeded to tell me that Autozone offers a 20% off coupon when items are purchased online which was clearly incorrect. The coupon he was referring to was 20% off when you spend $125 or more, which I made him aware of. He reluctantly adjusted the price but was saying things under his breath. I also waited online for 17 minutes. The store had (4) employees working but only one person running the register. There were (5) additional customers behind me. Multiple employees including the store manager looked directly at us (in line), but they obviously had more important things going on. I believe the managers who made me feel worthless was named Felix. Purchase made on 6/23/2023 around 4:43 PM and I entered the register line at 4:25 PM. It took almost 20 minutes to purchase (1) item with a free dose of the worst customer service I have ever received from a store manager anywhere. read more

went to this store many times for parts for my cars, gaskets and such. but due to my last visit i will no longer go back. employees are no trained in dealing with customers and are unprofessional. I went to the store to get a tool needed for my current engine build, along with some other small parts. the employee running the computer could not figure out how to use the loan-a-tool program and told me they did not carry the tool I needed. I leave and head home. later that night I still need the tool for my motor and look at autozone to see if another shop has it. long and behold the shop i went to did indeed have the tool i was looking for, but they couldn't work the computer to tell me that. I call autozone to see if i can get a hold of someone working there to sort it out. Now I called and i knew it was late and they would be closing (called at 8:50pm, they close at 9pm) but i was hoping they would be able to fix their mistake when they told me that they didn't have the tool. Well i jump into the car and try to beat the closing time. I was still on the phone and i was still on hold and trying to get over there. I get to the store and its closing, and i see two of their employees talking by the cash register while i was still on hold. i have been on hold for 10mins and i know they were not going to pick it up. i run to the door to see if i can just get in and out. the guy stops me before i get to the door and tell the man at the door that i had come to get the tool they said they didn't have and that i had the part number. the man told me the doors where locked and their was nothing he could do. At this point i was still on hold, i hold up the phone and asked the man next time to please take me off hold. again the man says "sorry, their is nothing i can do". this place is clearly ran by people who do not care about their job or anyone coming in. i understand that i was late, however this all could have been avoided if they would have been trained in using their computer system and communicating to their customers. I had they been trained, i could have gotten my tool and parts during my first trip there and could have avoided this review. read more
