More in important, I was planning a big trip and did not want to get stuck with a bad battery. Husband suggested going to have it checked out at O'reilly's as they offered a free test. They couldn't have been nicer. Not only did they provide quick and efficient service, removed the battery and found out it needed a recharge boost. They provided that service while I waited (took about 1 hr from initial walk in). Reinstalled the battery - I set some radio staitons and the radio presets now remained. As i took out my wallet to pay for the 'charge', the manager informed me that there was no charge for their courtesy service. Battery testing and the boost is something they provide as a free service to their customers. I was quite surprised and will happily return there for other service or parts in the future. The folks at the Fairview Ave. store were great and eager to help. Nice to have a shop like that in my neighborhood.

After diagnosing that a new muffler was necessary, Lacy scheduled the service for the following week as the car was OK to drive (just sounded like a sports car ). This morning they came to my house and picked up the car, brought it back to the dealership where the work was performed and then delivered the car back to me early afternoon. And kept me informed of the process with many texts. This door to door service is FREE and available within a 1/2 hour radius of Lacy! Yelp we need a 6th star here!
