Sales almost always greets you when you come inside an HD Dealer. Gotta move those bikes! They were really chatty and professional and didn't try to push a sale on us really hard as they realized we were just riding through. Some places are relentless and demand your phone number and information and then send you automated texts. These guys were really chill. The motor clothes staff were very helpful as well. I always check out the clearance items. Left with some beard oil and other goodies. Great easy stop right off the highway with nice clean bathrooms. Worth stopping if you're riding in the area.

I only had a debit card to pay for the inspection $20. Owner said I could pay with cash only. He said I could come back anytime to pay . I told him I had another vehicle to inspect and would be back the following morning. Return the next morning to pay with cash. Amazing that I could do this and was trusted to return. Very nice and fast service . This would not be aloud with many shops. Superb customer service .

As we crossed the VA-TN border at 1 PM on route 81S, we had a blow-out and had to pull over to the side of the road. AAA was useless as there were accidents all over the city and cars & semi-trucks were off the interstate. I called Tire Choice in Bristol (6 miles from us), gave them our tire size, and made an appointment with them for 5:30 - the last appointment of the day. We hoped we would be on the road before they close at 6 PM. Luckily, after about a 2 hour wait in the cold with trucks inches away from us, the TN Highway patrol changed our tire to the "mickey mouse" spare right there in the storm. Kudos to them - they were simply awesome. We got to Tire choice by 3:30. When I went to the door, it was locked; they had all gone home. The door indicated that they were open until 6. AND WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. So thanks for the call, and thanks for leaving us in the lurch, guys - way to go! I called Discount Tire, another 6 miles away, and they got us in-and-out in 20 minutes. So my rating of Tire Choice? What do you think? They're Skunks!
