Jeff was extremely well-versed in the vehicle and was super responsive during the 3 month long process of choosing and researching the vehicle. I decided to work with Porter after having visited several other dealers and talking/emailing with many more. Porter was upfront and not pushy. They gave a great price from the start compared to other dealers, and they provided all of the lease info in a complete, easy-to-read format. No trying to interpret a lump sum number or having to ask a million questions to get the true details of the deal. I'm very pleased with every aspect of my dealings with Porter and will be returning for their service program. In the past my experience with purchasing cars has been less than favorable and I am happy to provide a huge thumbs-up for a dealer that really does put customers first.

Hesitation, jerking, not shifting correctly. They call me back the next day and say the car is all good to go and they fixed the issue. I take the car home and it is not fixed.Same issues. I take it back. AND.................................... Now the car is in their shop with a Blown engine! What the heck is going on? And to make matters worse they want me to pay for a NEW ENGINE and the car only has 22,000 miles on it and has had 3 oil changes done by a reputable national chain. They will not accept the documents that I have sent them regarding the oil changes. This is unbelievable. I am done with INFINITI and would never ever walk into a Porter dealership again without a lawyer. Buyer beware. These guys are ripoffs. Thieves. and at worse Fraudulent.Court case pending. I let him know that my son is a mechanic was at work that day and just needed the code. He asked if he could look under the hood, I agreed and he started asking questions due to curiosity on what could caused this to happen. He was very determined to find the cause, and asked to speak with my son. They messaged back-and-forth and worked together. This young man went out of his way and very determined to solve this problem. It ended up being a cap on the intake manifold that must've rotted and fallen off. He would not take any money for his efforts. He just seemed satisfied to be able to figure the problem out, reminded me much of my son who is the very same way. When a challenge is presented, it's like finding the missing piece to a puzzle. Bottom line, the courtesy, friendliness, and desire to help me out really impressed me. The only thing he requested is if I ever needed work to be done on my car that my son couldn't do, to come and see him. His name is Tommy, and said he and his father (and I think brother) run this business. I know it has been there for some time, passing by it for years. I only wished I had thought to go there first! I'm telling you, being a woman who has had many car problems in her life, know there are a lot of untrustworthy auto shops out there. I was being quoted to fix a sensor that was not broken and every other item was 2-3 times what it should cost. Granted the car was throwing a check engine warning, but it was not really broken. I'll never go back to the dealer. So I took my car to Tony at FHA. Instead of "pretending" like the sensor was broken and charging me for an unnecessary repair they were honest and fair and the prices were great. I recommend them highly. The dealership can keep their free crappy hotdogs and free manicures. I'm done. I only went in hoping said sensor was still under warranty. Wait, maybe it's Jones who has the cheap free hotdogs and manicures... still head to FHA instead of Bel Air Honda.

The workers at the front desk were professional and attended to me immediately. I was asked a few questions, signed a few documents which were all explained to me, and then I was given a time frame of 40-45 mins. The waiting area was nice, it has a television, coffee, and a restroom. Chairs were comfortable. Interior and exterior was very clean. The time frame I was provided of 40-45 mins was accurate. I wish I took a before and after picture of the chip on my windshield. They did a wonderful job filling the chip, it's now barely noticeable. Hopefully I do not need their service again anytime soon, but if I do, I would feel 100% comfortable returning again. With a perfect score of 20 out of 20 stars, I give this location an A+ rating Thanks!
