Philadelphia Blvd in Aberdeen, MD and just kept it running until I could get a sales technician to let me know what was going on with it. Jaden helped me at the register and was so kind because I was like a fish out of water. He, in the 90 something degree weather, came out and tried to troubleshoot what was going on with my car and determined my battery was dead and that I was in need of a new alternator. When I say him and Tommy(co-worker) went ABOVE and BEYOND to not only get my car together with a new battery but also provided me with recommendations to an awesome mechanic to fix my car. I understand it's their job to assist in getting you parts but I mean they provided me with superb customer service and was so patient with me as they troubleshooted different issues that occurred while changing out the battery, again in 90+ heat and sun blazing down upon us. My elderly father came into the service department and made an appointment to drop off his truck for service. He dropped it the night before and put his keys in the drop box. At 4:30 the next day we called to check on it since they didn't call him to pick it up and we were told by the person who answered that they were new and didn't realize there was a drop box there. So you leave a random vehicle parked in front of the service door all day?? One that was scheduled to be brought in!!! Also, are you the only one working in the service department?? I'm thinking the first thing that should be checked each morning is that night drop. Especially if there is already a vehicle parked at your door before you're even open. That is a new one and never did I ever think something this bad could or would happen. It's so sad that a gentleman who has stayed loyal to the old dealership and now the new one is treated this poorly. He walked into the building and made the appointment and his truck sat all day. If we didn't call to see what was happening it would have been there all night again. That is beyond poor service. I just can't wrap my head around that at all. I still can't believe what we were told. I do hope they make some changes that actually will mean something to those customers that are trying to hang in there. I however think I am done. Now to find someone else to take care of his service that wasn't done.

Chose to take my truck to the Catonsville location as my friend had his truck done there. As I…read morepulled up to the parking lot, a man came out to greet me promptly. I was in the process of taking off my tonneau cover, and he told me he'd have the team take it off and have it back one when they were done. I made some special requests like no Line-x stickers or badges and to have some holes taped down. I waited for the truck since I didn't have a ride. Watched some cable TV that was available in the waiting area. Very friendly staff, we discussed the shows. When the truck was done, one of the workers brought it around to the front and had me inspect. I was really happy about the way it looked on the truck, amazing product. My bed was all scratched up before, because I was too lazy to get it done sooner, but now it looks brand new and better. All in all I'm satisfied with the job. I'd give them 4.5/5 if I could. The only reason for me taking off a half point is for some minor miss in details. They sprayed over 2 bolts (shouldn't really matter though) and there was some overspray in my bedgate latches.
