I've been a customer of ADT when I lived in Florida and now I am here in Georgia when basically the same security features that I need. The service with ADT had it up's and downs with the quality of service I experience with some of the service technicians when there was an issue with the security system but it was quickly fixed. The value of the ADT security for your business location or home residential is always great to have when your at home or on the road traveling and your needing your place secured during the day and night. How would I rate the service from ADT local office/staff and ADT customer service on phone/tech support its like anywhere else when something goes wrong they help you fix it if not over the phone they'll send a technician from the local ADT office to diagnose and fix the issue or replace it. ADT camerasI do not pick up movement at night. I called ADT customer service and told the rep that thieves had broke into my car TWICE in the past five months. The ADT cameras are literally pointed directly at my car but there was absolutely no footage found by me or the police. The rep said that ADT cameras do not have night vision or infrared so the cameras cannot pickup movement at night. That is KEY INFORMATION that none of the ADT reps told me when they were so vigorously pushing there products and services. Then, just to check the response time for a call from ADT, I tripped the alarm to our house. It took someone from ADT 12 minutes to call. When I answered, the lady from ADT asked, "Are you okay?" I said, "Yes" in a shaky voice. She said, "Okay, have a good night." and hung up. She did not ask for a password or any follow up questions to make sure I was okay. The ADT representative that responds to an alarm is at least supposed to ask for a password. So, what you can do to make my "experience better" is actually do what all of your commercials with Vin Rhames touted so boldly "I'm ADT and I'm ALWAYS there!" Unsolicited telemarketing with Robo-Caller human simulated voice, synthesized. Cochran, GA, phone 478-324-3103, both text and calling in association with San Diego numbers 619-902-4652, 619-902-4855, and two others. We had called and asked, "Has there been a break in, at my home or business?" No, "did I forget to pay a bill?" Uh...NO, Why are you calling me, specifically, and do you see the phone number? Uh... Shared the facts, 1) Perhaps you called in error.. or an actual customer gave the wrong number, and this number is: a) unlisted, b) a private cellular phone number, c) an FTC registered number DO NOT CALL. Every call is collect since I pay for every one, you do not, and yet I have asked your repeatedly not to call, which in response your company chose to escalate the number of automated Robo-Calls daily, using a VOIP, and not less than three other phone numbers. Note that I am reporting these to the FTC, and looking for an attorney. One call, two calls, OK, thirty calls and counting...CRIMINAL. If this were the last security service on this planet, my choice between HARASSING calls and unacceptable business practices, my choice would be to not be monitored and protected by ADT... God luck, in the future, we have gone to this length to stop this, reporting the facts as they are. Do not bother calling, you have been blocked, and it will continue. the phone number 478-324-3103 sent a text ..."We have a failed attempt with the address on file for ______ ____ please call us at 480-453-2361 ref#________ when you are able to." Not happening, why not stop .... should I text STOP, would that work? Doubtful, apparently need to hire someone just to stop the harassing collect calls, should the blocker fail.
