I had another company install solar panels and the week before the final inspection I received a call, the company went bankrupt. These guys have integrity. Thank you Eland Electric, each guy involved!

A tech came, said track wiring would need to go all the way my wall and ceiling, and I would have to paint it to match my walls. The tech never bothered to look in my attic, where it was obvious wiring could easily be run. Over two weeks later I received a quote in the mail for a crazy $1,200; yes not a misprint $1,200. Not only is the tech a complete idiot, but the vice president who signed off on this quote should be ashamed of himself, to try to scam a possible unsuspecting woman. While waiting for the long awated quote a neighbor mentioned they had the same job done by Vos Electric. Vos came within the week, did an easily install through the attic and we're done in no time. Cost you are wondering? $250.00. Eland Electric shame on you!!

KMill Electric is super professional and timely - I love that I received a text 30 min prior to KMill showing up (in addition to a previously discussed time during our phone call) so that I knew exactly when to except their arrival instead of waiting around all day like other companies I have experienced. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for any future electrical needs!

He called when he got to our tenant's place and called again when he left so I know generally when they were in and out. A voice mail would actually be appreciated since I normally don't pick up numbers I don't know (but now I have his number saved for future references!) Our tenant's bathroom fan was not working, most of the face plates were either broken or popped out, and one of the smoke alarm was not working anymore. We originally bought some supplies for him so that he can use them but because we got the wrong supplies, he willingly went and bought the supplies to fix all of the above. Of course, we were charged accordingly. Kyle followed through to see if we needed another electrical aspect fixed (but we refused for the time being). Eventually, my husband and I got a chance to check out his (and his apprentice's) work and it looked very good. I'm surprised they don't have more reviews, but Kyle does good work and I definitely recommend him. They are in Neenah but serviced the Menasha area too. I will definitely keep them in mind for future work!

Justin called back withing a half hour on a Saturday to discuss and schedule a Monday morning visit. Upon inspection, he determined that we needed a new water heater. Over the weekend I researched tankless vs tanked heaters and was undecided. He provided me information that enabled me to make a good choice going forward. He and his assistant, Ryan, were respectful, efficient and clean. They installed a new unit and removed the old one, for a fair price. Understanding I didn't have the time to do my due diligence to find the restoration service that I felt comfortable with, I called several to get the ball moving. Megan from Aquire was the first to call back to see how they could help. She was professional, helpful and a pleasure to speak with. She took the basic info from me, advised that Andrea (Andie) would be calling me shortly to discuss the details of the situation. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Andie. She was just as professional and helpful as Megan. I gave her my assessment, but she needed to stop by and check moisture levels and view the situation herself since we had a portion of the basement that was finished. She came by the same day I called and was willing to work with my limited free time. Within a few hours, a crew showed up and began the clean up process. Every person I worked with at Aquire was professional, polite, friendly and thoroughly answered my questions. I felt very comfortable with working with them and very happy that they called me back first. Though I have taken steps to avoid being without power for more than 15 seconds, if I ever have a need for a restoration service, I'm only making one call and that will be Aquire Restoration.
