We discussed the problem and Brett got right to work. Brett helped me with the ceiling tiles in the basement that had been damaged when the shower overflowed onto the floor and leaked down into the basement. Then he went to the shower and power rodded the drain and discovered a giant wad of hair that had been obstructing the drain. He made sure that the drain was free flowing and then cleaned everything up so it was all neat and tidy. Brett was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a thorough manner. So far they've been great for us. The most recent example was today. I had spent the entire morning trying to get our sump pump to work, and had tried everything to thaw the pipes. I had come to the conclusion that maybe it was the pump itself that was having issues, so I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and had someone sent out same day to take a look. I believe his name was John and he was excellent. Super friendly and knew his stuff for sure. In the end it did turn out to simply be frozen pipes, but John took care of it, and not to mention had to work outside on the coldest day we've had in a long time.
