Lady answered and when I explained I hadn't gotten a call yet, she said someone did call but I checked caller ID and their number never showed and there was no voicemail. Off phone, she spoke to a man and when she came back on, she said someone would be at my house at 10 am Thursday 1/12/23. 10 am came and went so I called to see if whoever was coming was at least on their way. Peter answered and he said, "no, no appointment was made, we just said someone would call you sometime this am." I used to be three strikes and you're out kind of guy, but with the level of service in the new business arena, I've become two strikes you're out kind of guy. Move on don't bother. Had a bottom garage door seal that was torn. Brought in a piece to match up…read more Brian acted like he knew what he was doing. My mistake. I purchased 20' of seal to do two doors. He comes out from the back with a 20' piece. So about a $100.00 later I get home and instal the seal. The channel pushes the bubble out the front of the door. It is a single groove and the bubble needs to be under the door, not in front of it. So I swing back through and talk to Mr Know it all and tell him the issue. No refunds and that's all they have and I'm stuck with it. Lost a customer and wouldn't recommend them.

When I was about to test it I noticed one of the springs were broken. I called Bill at Overhead and he sent or of his top techs, Jake out the next day.
