Don promptly responded to my voicemail within 15 minutes. He scheduled us for service the next day at noon. I had decided to deconstruct the door lock myself, but came to a point that I could not figure out. I took some pictures and Don described to me what I needed to do to complete the job. I was successful after an hour of work with a final product functioning perfectly. The only thing is that I put the pin lock in upside down so the handle was upside down. Ugggh! The 2nd time around was much faster. Don was super humble, professional, and helpful. Although he did not charge me, his character, work ethics, and friendly demeanor should garner your attention. Had had a rental car for the week, and had just returned it. Forgetting my garage door opener…read moreinside. Rental place was closed as it was around midnight. My keys for the door were inside as we usually go in through garage. We had no way to get in and after calling numerous "emergency" locksmiths claiming to be open 24 hours but don't answer.... I called pop a lock. Initially they told me that they didn't have anyone available. But shortly after Rah called me back and said he was on his way. He came and helped us get the door unlocked.
