I was so impressed with Top Tier that when my entire roof needed to be replaced, Top Tier was on the top of my list. They did a wonderful job with the estimate, the work was done quickly, and the employees were hard working. A supervisor came by a few days after the install to check the work and fixed a few areas that he felt "were not to H&S standards." Then, this spring, I noticed a small leak on an area that H&S hadn't even worked on (a rubber-sheeted area over my den. I called H&S out it. Dylan came out within a day, looked it over, applied some caulk, and said, "Let's keep an eye on it." I have NEVER had this sort of dedication from a roofing company! I am SO glad I hired a local, established firm to do my roof and not a group of "storm chasers." Knowing I can pick up the phone and get the same people who know my house means everything!
