I can't say enough good about H AND S Roofing LLC. They replaced my roof last summer after I…read moresustained hail damage. That all went really well. The crew was quick, clean, and efficient. A supervisor came by a few days after the install to check the work and fixed a few areas that he felt "were not to H&S standards." Then, this spring, I noticed a small leak on an area that H&S hadn't even worked on (a rubber-sheeted area over my den. I called H&S out it. Dylan came out within a day, looked it over, applied some caulk, and said, "Let's keep an eye on it." I have NEVER had this sort of dedication from a roofing company! I am SO glad I hired a local, established firm to do my roof and not a group of "storm chasers." Knowing I can pick up the phone and get the same people who know my house means everything!

I hired them and my roof has continued to leak ever since. When I called and asked them to assess and fix their work I was told they were "too busy and that I should call another roofing company". I was furious, but I did, and that company said that the work was not done correctly and would need to be completely removed and replaced. Upon their inspection of the roof, they said that it was unlikely that the drain was ever the real problem. They found two spots where the water was getting in. Coppens cut out a large area of my membrane roof around the drain and used the wrong material to seal the area back up, one that isn't compatible with the current roof material I have installed. They also left the roof drain sticking up 2 inches above the roof membrane so the water can't even drain and just pools up around the drain. The whole job needs to be redone now to the tune of ANOTHER $3,000+. I would definitely not recommend Coppens Roofing to anyone looking for an honest roofing company that stands behind their work. Beyond the incompetence, Bob was very rude and not easy to work with.
