She is amazing! This was the first dress store we went to and I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted yet. This was my second time trying on dresses and thank god it wasn't the first. Overall my associate didn't really get to know me or my fiance. Never asked for a Pinterest board. And didn't really help me at all in The fitting room. I had to ask her to pull the inside of the dress down and add accessories. It just seemed like she was not interested. They also had a rule where you can only pull and try on dresses four at a time. Which didn't make sense because you are then wearing a dress trying to pull new dresses. The designer was helping another bride and I could hear her talking down to her. Telling her the dresses are designed a certain way and the body and bride need to fit that. This was very different from the other places that allow you to customize the dress and make it about you. The dresses were nice but not impressed. I felt between the actual dresses, service, and lack of ability to adjust the way you want- 100% skip this location PLUS if you want to try dresses on again here it's a 50$ charge. If you Decide you want a sample sale dress you have to make an appointment and CANNOT try the dress on. You can only pay for it. Very high priced considering the service read more

Now that our wedding is over, I can finally reveal my wedding dress! Designed by and purchased from Adrienn Braun Couture :) I had 2 fitting appointments this year (May and June) after purchasing my wedding dress here back in 2021. The first fitting was to have the proper adjustments (got the dress taken in and hemmed to the proper length and added a bustle). I was late to my May appointment because of heavy traffic in the area, but Adrienn was extremely kind and accommodating. The area gets crazy with traffic, so make sure you leave early enough to arrive on time! It was a quick appointment, but I didn't feel rushed at all. When I came back in June to try on the dress after the alterations were completed, it fit like a glove! She and her seamstress did a beautiful job on my dress. When I first went shopping for wedding dresses, I didn't think I'd want a strapless option because I was afraid of having to pull it up all night but I had no issues like this on my wedding day. HIGHLY recommend her boutique for alterations! We also popped some bubbly and toasted to my upcoming wedding :) She made me feel very loved and special. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience to help other brides avoid the stress and disappointment I went through. I booked a bridal appointment at Adrienn Braun Couture and, unfortunately, woke up the morning of with a high fever. I sent them a message early that morning explaining that I wasn't feeling well and was heading to urgent care. I said I wasn't sure I'd be in the right headspace to try on dresses and asked if rescheduling was possible, ending with: "Please let me know." I did NOT explicitly say to cancel. At no point did I definitively cancel. I left the door open to figure out what could be done. However, without asking for confirmation or explaining any consequences, the shop immediately canceled my appointment and sent me a rescheduling link. They never mentioned that I would still be charged a $75 late cancellation fee. A few days later, I noticed a charge on my credit card and followed up, thinking there had been a mistake. Their response was that, according to their 48-hour cancellation policy, the fee was valid--even though I never confirmed a cancellation, and they never disclosed that I would be charged when they took it upon themselves to cancel for me. Had I known I'd be charged regardless, I would have done what many brides feel pressured to do--I would've dragged myself there sick, just to avoid the fee. But I made the responsible choice not to expose their staff and other clients to illness (I was later diagnosed with the flu, which I offered to provide a doctor's note for). Instead of being met with understanding, I was penalized. This whole experience felt like they were taking advantage of a vulnerable situation. Planning a wedding is emotional, expensive, and often overwhelming. Charging brides a cancellation fee without clearly communicating it--and using vague, friendly language to cancel for them without warning--feels exploitative. It's a way to profit off brides who are trying to do the right thing. There are so many incredible bridal boutiques out there that treat their clients with respect, empathy, and professionalism. Sadly, this was not one of them. If you choose to book here, just know that you may be charged without notice--even if you're sick, even if you communicate in good faith, and even if they cancel the appointment for you. read more

I write this with a heavy heart, crushed spirit and bruised self esteem. I went in yesterday for a bridal appointment and was treated terribly. I was told I was too big, have to consider my bust size and that I wouldn't fit into her dresses (I wear size women's 12/14). It was the most awful experience. I am writing this because I don't want anyone else to endure Adrienn's abusive treatment. I was greeted upon arrival with excitement and kindness. We were welcomed in by the stylist and offered water and drinks. We were whisked back to the fitting area and the stylists asked a few questions and then said "let's go pull some dresses for you to try on". We went out to the dress area and my friend pulled a dress off the wrack and I walked over to see it. Before I could even respond Adrienn walked across the dress showroom and shouted at me "that dress won't fit you. You're too big". I was mortified. She then walked over, got into my face pointing her finger and said "you have to understand your size and your bust. You're too big to fit into these dresses. I will have to make custom for you". I felt vulnerable, attacked, and stunned. My eyes welled up with tears, I was speechless and then the stylist pulled me away to go back to the fitting area to get my things. She apologized over and over for Adrienn's behavior. I started sobbing and knew I had to leave. My dear friend and bridesmaid waited in the show room for me and had told Adrienn's how inappropriate and mean it was to speak to me that way. When I walked out to leave Adrienn aggressively tried to explain her self and insincerely apologized and asked to hug me. It was beyond inappropriate. Adrienn is rude, mean, and very unprofessional. It's still almost unfathomable that it happened BUT it definitely did happen. It was like a nightmare. read more

I cannot recommend Adrienn Braun Couture enough! Where do I even begin. I was searching for a shimmer cathedral length veil 3 months before my wedding. She was recommended online for carrying shimmer veils so I made an appointment and went to her showroom. At the same time I was dealing with an issue with my existing dress alterations, as they kept delaying and postponing work that I requested to be done to the dress. I wanted to add details (crystals, 3-d florals), as well as alterations to the straps, bottom and to add a bustle. While I was at my appointment I was telling Adrienn about my dress situation and she generously invited me to bring in my dress so she can see if she would be able to help as my prior seamstress had it for 3 months and had not yet started, constantly giving me excuses. She was able to squeeze me in for the following week. I got my dress and brought it to Adrienn and before my eyes, with the dress on me, she began working her magic to give me an idea of how the changes would work. Her attention to detail and craftsmanship is truly exceptional. I went for one additional fitting before the final and it was absolutely perfect. She finished my dress before my wedding & it was beyond what I could've ever imagined. But what truly sets Adrienn apart is their unparalleled customer service. She is so so kind and understanding throughout the entire process, calming my nerves and reassuring me that everything would be perfect. She not once ever rushed me or rushed any other client when I was there and saw her interactions. She truly cares about each bride. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my dress, and for that, I am forever grateful. I cannot thank Adrienn enough for her amazing work and for coming to my rescue in a time of need. I always knew that I wanted my dress made by someone for my wedding day . I was extremely happy that I met Adrienne at a bridal fashion show one summer afternoon and ever since then I was obsessed with this one gown that I had to have for my wedding. A year later I went to her new location which is in Hoboken NJ and talked to her about what I wanted done with a wedding gown and how I would like it. Adrienne was a amazing and was very supportive since I recently gave birth and didn't look great at all. I loved in how positive she was. The only thing I would say is I wish Adrienne didn't make my dress so tight in the back so I was able to move a little bit. Other then that . I saw passing Adrienn's shop yesterday that she is advertising she makes custom made wedding dresses and prom gowns and it compelled me to step forward and write my review of working with Adrienn which was much less than ideal. I had hired Adrienn to create a custom made wedding dress for me which had multiple technical errors to it that even a new seamstress would have known to avoid. The dress Adrienn made for me was unwearable and I feared that the dress could fall apart at any moment. I was forced less than 10 days away from my wedding to buy a new dress because Adrienn's work was below subpar. 14 days away from my wedding I went in to try on the dress and the buttons hold the back of the dress together fell off, both of them. Adrienn panicked and said that the dress was not completed yet, which she had a year to complete. When I hired Adrienn I had hired her to make a copy of another custom dress that she had made, and the whole time she lied to me, tried to use me to help her gain more customers and even asked me to participate in a photoshoot for her line. But my dress was a disaster, falling apart, so many technical errors and was not complete. I told Adrienn weekly that this was not what I had wanted and that I was so upset with what she had done but she continued to ask me to trust her. Less than 10 days away from my wedding with an unfinished dress I was forced to buy something off the rack. Adrienn was unwilling to accept responsibility for the work and blamed me for being too difficult/ losing too much weight for the wedding. She also refused to make amends with the damages she had caused me mentally, psychologically, and financially. Again, I paid Adrienn thousands of dollars for this dress that she couldn't even complete. I could never recommend Adrienn to anyone as I do not feel she is the professional she claims to be, and I have been forced to take legal action. Please rethink working with Adrienn or get a second opinion before working with her. I just want to make sure what happened to me does not happen to anyone else. I went to this bridal shop due to the amazingly positive reviews, but there's no way all of them are real. I had the worst experience with Adrienn, who is highly unprofessional and disorganized. She will promise you one thing and deliver another, and when you confront her, she will tell you she doesn't take notes of your initial consultation or any notes along the way. What?! This response was crazy to me. I have text messages of her saying that verbatim. If you decide to go to her, make her give you a very detailed receipt of EVERYTHING she's doing at the very beginning. And be prepared to micromanage her; brides should not have to do this. Unfortunately, I trusted her and was late to my wedding ceremony because my mom and I were trying to find bustle points that she told us would be there and they were not. After 30 min of back-and-forth texts with Adrienn, she finally got on the phone with me just to tell me she didn't have any notes on what work she did to my dress or what was promised. She's manipulative and dishonest. Adrienn will do a bait-and-switch and will then blame you even though she's supposed to be the expert you trust. I would never recommend her. I honestly don't understand how she's in business, and I plan to take legal action. read more

Adrienn is very friendly and super professional. I am 200% satisfied with her work! I have two wedding dresses tailored here with beyond-amazing results at a great price. I have a Pronovias wedding dress that would take $500 flat fee for tailoring at the store and their tailors are fully booked. Adrienn only charged me $300+ for all the work. She also helped me fix a problem of my other former-tailored dress and helped me add a bow behind. The dress looks completely different! I can't say enough good things about Adrienn Braun Bridal. I needed alteration for my wedding dress I bought some place else and I found Adrienn through the thumbtack app. Since my dress consists of multiple layers and long (I'm petite), I am very concerned about the price of hemming due to my limited budget. So I message her first to get a gauge of the pricing and she responded back real quick with an estimate and assured me she prices reasonably and suggested I bring my dress in so she could have a look. I scheduled an appointment with her and upon seeing my dress and assessed the needed alteration and adding bustles, her price came up to be very reasonable compared to the other shops I inquired from. You can feel she really wanted you to look gorgeous on your wedding day because she will recommend changes that will look good on you and complement your style. Adrienn is an absolute dream to work with! Not only is she an incredibly talented designer who can make any of your dress ideas come to life, but she is also very kind, personable, understanding and flexible. When my wedding was 2 months away, I decided to finally start searching for a wedding gown and stumbled upon Adrienn and her beautiful shop (still thanking my lucky stars!). I wanted something custom without having her make a dress from scratch in such a short time and was able to find a stunning ball gown type dress from one of her previous collections which she customized the top of to my exact specifications. The dress was originally strapless and I opted to redo the bodice, add long sleeves and a high turtleneck, all in a very delicate, stitched out lace type material. Needless to say, Adrienn delivered AND THEN SOME! She was kind enough to make trips to NYC with me to find the perfect fabric to build out the bodice, accommodated my crazy schedule half a dozen times for fittings (even on her one day off!), and kept a clear line of communication throughout the entire process. I felt so at ease and comfortable with Adrienn from the get go, fully confident that she knew what she was doing, saw my vision and would be able to execute accordingly and most importantly in the short amount of time.
