Then the second time,…read morethey broke a shower fixture and originally said they would come to fix it using their insurance, and then completely refused to fix the damage. The ladies asked for $160 and we gave $210 with tip, she then instead of appreciating the tip, she asked for $200 payment on whatsapp without even asking her girls if they got the money. The third time we tried to use her service, she made many promises to come and then never showed up. I really wanted to help a local business but she said she didn't need us and had many other clients and asked me to stop messaging her if we were unhappy. I was very sad to see their service, I wanted to help my mom clean our house but I am looking for someone else now. She is cheaper than other places but be ready for bad customer service.

First I have to say aside from the exceptional work they do, the girls are very professional, kind and most importantly they CARE and cater to your needs to ensure you are satisfied. I met the owner just once, but I speak to her most of the time and she is also always so polite, VERY nice, kind, and always VERY professional. It's always nice to speak to someone especially in business that demonstrates consistent professionalism and is always so courteous under any circumstance. What I like most about this cleaning company is that all areas are CONSISTENTLY cleaned thoroughly, and they always go above and beyond! My house always looks, smells and feels so clean! Love this company and so happy to have finally found the perfect cleaning company that always satisfies my high expectations and continuously meets my standards. I couldn't be any happier and I am a customer for life!!

Corners , moldings, light fixtures, places you wouldn't even think to clean , she gets the job done. She's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! Her team is friendly, honest and trustworthy. I have gone through many cleaning services because of my OCD on cleanliness she's met all my expectations. Sometimes things don't get placed in the same spot , that's because she cleans under and over things. Small price to pay. Amanda is your girl, look no more. She's been with me 3 years and I am very happy. Thank you Amanda , for keeping me and my family tidy

To provide some context, we have a 100 year old, 1700sq ft. house with hardwood floors and area rugs and a newborn. We've been working with the Next Level for a few months now on an every other week basis and are extremely happy with their work. First, they do a fantastic and thorough job cleaning. The team is proactively looking for feedback, so if you don't feel something was done thoroughly, they'll definitely revisit it the next time around. Second, they are friendly and caring. My wife is typically home with our baby when the team comes and the women are respectful and they love interacting with the baby. They understand it's important to have clean floors and a house free of dust for our child. And it's generally been the same few ladies returning each week. Lastly, they are reasonably priced. This was one of my biggest concerns. I did speak to a few other companies at slightly lower prices, but did not feel as comfortable working with them. Of course, price will depend on the level of cleaning needed and the amount space. They were upfront about the initial cleaning price and then how much each week would work out to. That price has stabilized. One final note, the team has let me know if and when they were ever going to be running late to our typically scheduled day and time. It's refreshing to know that we have a professional cleaning team we can trust.

All was great in the beginning when she did a great job of impressing me with her "best girls" . Little by little the quality of service went downhill. It was very difficult to get the same girls which was a big problem for me. Continuity is a very big deal when it comes to people being in your house when your not! Things got damaged, and were never mentioned,. She never took accountability for anything!! She didn't like to be criticized on how I expected things to be cleaned. She just wants customers to leave her the $$$ and not hear anything!!! Seems like she got too big for her britches, and couldn't handled it!!!

They are the most meticulous, most thorough, most precise cleaning service I have ever seen. They clean better than myself or even the clean freak members of my family. Even my parents and grandparents are impressed with how spotless they leave our home. And better yet, they BRING THEIR OWN CLEANING PRODUCTS AND TOOLS!!! That's right! You don't even need to own your own vacuum...they bring everything with them. They clean windows, ceiling fans, grouts in your tubs and showers, every corner of your home and above/under every single piece of furniture. The house smells incredible when they leave. I feel like I would be lost without them. In fact, I feel like their cleaning services is one of the few things that keeps me from moving away from Long Island - I just don't know if I could ever find anyone who cleans like them. And their prices are REASONABLE! Very competitive pricing indeed. After trying all those companies and never being happy with any of them I realized that for actually a more reasonable price I could have a much better service provided. They are licensed and insured, and 100% TRUSTWORTHY (I leave all valuables there and am never at home when they clean but they would never do anything to jeopardize their reputation). They are great people, always the same crew, always supervised by Elizabeth who is an incredible person. I really have no words to describe how amazing they are. And how thankful I am that they offer bi-weekly cleanings since we don't need any more than that. FANTASTIC! I dare you to find anyone who is better than them. It is just not possible to get any better.
