My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate Valentine's Day after seeing the boozy brunch pizza-making featured on social media. When we entered the restaurant, there was dim lighting and it was decorated for Valentine's Day. I admit that the decorations seemed tacky with streamers and paper hearts hanging from the ceiling. Regardless, we were excited for our meal and were first presented with the toppings (cheese, tomato sauce, potato slices, pepperoni, green onions, ground pork, and mushrooms). We were disappointed by the lack of selection in the toppings especially since my boyfriend does not eat pork and some of the toppings were atypical (potato slices and green onions). We were then given balls of pizza dough and provided with instructions on how to work with the dough to stretch it into a pizza shape. We were given very little time to do this and felt very rushed by the staff. We also felt that we did not have enough time to put on the toppings and spread the tomato sauce to our liking before our waitress returned to take our pizzas away. The appetizers were also a bit questionable. We were each given a single poached egg garnished with an avocado slice and cherry tomatoes. We also had waffles with strawberries and chocolate drizzles. The waffles tasted stale despite the appealing appearance. However, once our pizzas came out, they were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it! At the beginning of the meal, I was given a rose which was a nice gesture! We finished up with dessert which consisted of cotton candy and beignets/donuts, which I didn't even try since they didn't look appetizing to me. My boyfriend tried a donut and said it tasted stale. Overall, we did not have a great time at Adoro Lei especially for the high price we had to pay ($90). We will admit that the staff was phenomenal at the bottomless aspect of the meal and was constantly refilling our glasses!

Slid through here on a rainy Wednesday night for a Boozy pizza making class for our company All Hands event. We were rolling DEEP. 37 of us strolled into Adoro Lei, some already a couple High Noons deep getting loose. It's always fun seeing coworkers go mask off. My social battery was on life support, so I was just tucked in the corner big chilling. Plus I'm really shy and insecure. Our Serbian waitress came over and started instructing us on how to properly make pizza. My first thought was skepticism, as what do Serbians know about pizza? What does Gaga know about cameras? But then I checked myself and realized it's close enough to Italy to get a pass... and she was really sweet. I felt like a 1504 Michelangelo sculpting the dough, meticulously putting on the right amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. They instructed us to name our pizza, and I thought we were really naming the pizza and not just putting our name, so I named mine Schrodinger's Cat. Big up to my guy Schrodinger. Once all the pizzas were cooked, they came around and gave shots to whoever they thought had the best looking pizza. Objectively speaking, Schrodinger's Cat was the clear winner, but they ended up giving it to the top performing sales guy whose pizza looked like it was made by a 4th grader. I think the C-Suite called in the fix on that one. If you can believe it, Schrodinger's Cat tasted even better than it looked. Honestly some great pizza. My compliments to the chef. Came to Adoro Lei for a birthday party and it did not disappoint! Our group of 15 did the boozy pizza making package and it was super fun. Our waiter was super helpful and had fun with us while demonstrating the pizza making! There were so many great toppings to use and delicious appetizers to enjoy while the pizza was cooking.

Had the pleasure of checking out Adoro Lei for my sister's birthday for the Boozy Pizza Making Nite. The establishment had great ambience, their staff was very friendly from beginning to end. They guided us through the process, explained what to expect, and brought out all the ingredients for us to create our pizzas. Once we finished assembling them, the staff labeled our creations, whisked them away to bake, and served us appetizers while we sipped on our drinks. The whole experience was super enjoyable and would recommend for your next celebration!

My coworker's and I decided to hang out and try something new. We made reservations for seven people for the pizza making. When we arrived we where seated right away the staff was very nice. The establishment is very nice the bathroom are located down stairs very clean. We had red wine or prosecco then started making our pizza's with toppings. As the pizza was cooking the table was served salad and rice balls. Once the pizza was ready we was served. The food was great the service was excellent.

Did another takeout from Adoro Lei, picking up a very good Lasagna. Ordered via ChowNow and my order was ready when promised, friendly service.

Ambiance: The inside was Christmas themed which was really cute since we went late December. Everything was sparkly. My only complaint are the tables, they are too small for a pizza making class on top of drinks and your personal items! it made it very hard to maneuver and not spill. Service: The service was good the host taught us exactly how to make our pizza and was quick with our bottomless drinks and appetizers. Food: I will say that the food was amazing the appetizers, drinks and especially our pizzas! For the price I would come again but with a smaller group for more space. I would love to come back to try their regular menu one day since I just came for the pizza making

Pizza making time!! Pretty fun! They'll prep the dough and you put on the sauce and toppings, the trick is to put lots of toppings on since they'll all shrink by the time it's cooked/baked. Good team activity to do after work!

Celebrated my bestfriend birthday in their private room located on the lower level. The party size was at least 16 people. The room was has intimate dining vibe but what I liked is they allowed us to play own music (Bluetooth speakers). We had 2 hours of unlimited drinks. Our server was older male who was so nice, great customer service. Making the pizzas were so cool, the server came around to ensure we were getting it right. Toppings were provided: cheese, pepperoni, jalapeño, sausage, fresh basil, & arugula. Pizza was good, slightly burnt but nonetheless good. I'd definitely recommend for date night or fun girls night to do.

I want to start off by saying we booked a 90 minute boozy pizza making class. Our intentions were to have a fun, holiday activity with eachother that wouldnt break the bank. It came out to $109 per person with gratuity which is a STEAL if you ask me. Dinner, unlimited wine and beer and VIBES. -Pizza making was actually fun, they brought us pork-free toppings upon request, and more cheese. We never had to ask for more wine they always had a carafe ready to fill our cups once they went below halfway. Server was amazing, friendly, quick and attentive. -The reason im giving 3 stars is: The DJ was ATROCIOUS, the only reprieve was when our server let us hook up our phone to the speaker and just play from my personal Spotify. -We were a group of 3 sat with 2 couples on dates and a whopping 18 top of 21 year old girls...... you know the vibes. Screeching, yelling and not listening to their server- these girls were given endless plates of toppings and FRESH Basil ? We had to ask our server after the fact to give us fresh basil after our pizzas already came back out fully cooked. We had to beg for napkins and beg to order another appetizer..... like ? -They put us in the basement.... not the same Christmas decor or vibe -Dessert was not good at all. I would've preferred little rainbow cookies or just a scoop of ice cream tbh. Churros were baked from frozen and soggy, no flavor... Zeppolis were also somehow soggy and tasted like cardboard But it is a fun activity if you dont go in with high expectations

I came for the boozy pizza making experience! Doing the activity itself was fun but the salad and truffle rice balls tasted okay. I wish they offered more options for the toppings on your pizza but the experience was still enjoyable. We shaped the pizzas into heart shaped pizzas which was cute. The ambiance isn't romantic and has a bar like atmosphere but it's still a great idea for a date night. It's great for groups as well. The people were really nice so the service was great also.

We wanted to have after-dinner cocktails in a chill space, so we searched on our phones & saw Paradise Lost address via Google. We proceeded to walk down & was unable to find the establishment due to their being no front sign. After walking back & forth a few times, we saw another group walking towards the door & they confirmed the place. We walked inside the front door pressed a "doorbell" & lo & behold we gained entry after the previous group went inside. Definitely an incognito entrance. Once inside that door there is someone to greet you, & take your information. There is a forest/ grass/ jungle-looking foyer/ hallway we walked down to get to the next door. Before we knew it, we were near the "Paradise Lost No Vacancy" neon sign w/ an arrow pointing towards the snake-shaped knob door. It gets opened & a supercool speakeasy awaits.... Paradise Lost has mixed style table / seating arrangements throughout the place. A bar seating section, booth-style seating area, lounge- style seating area, etc. We got there a little after 7pm, so the afterwork crowd was in full swing. Paradise Lost has interesting atmosphere. At times a Gothic / Medieval Vibe, meets place w/ shipwreck decor, meets eleganct /club vibe w/ beautiful ceiling lighting, etc. Music played in the background. Staff are friendly, energetic, & attentive. We were pleasantly overwhelmed w/ the vast selection of tiki cocktails that were on the menu. Paradise Lost also have an intimate selection of snacks/ food menu items. This included Popcorn, Tater Tots, Devilled Eggs Rangoon Dip, etc. We ordered some cocktails served in unique tiki mugs & a bucket of popcorn to munch on w/ our drinks. The popcorn is flavored w/ Sea Buckthorn & Browm Butter, which gave it an special flavor profile. Our cocktails were well-prepared & nice & strong. Paradise Lost has individual unisex bathroom stalls & a communal vanity & sink area. The bathroom stalls have spooky voices coming from a speaker as you use the bathroom. I was so humorously taken aback, it had me laughing when I came out...Definitely a different thing to experience in the bathroom - lol. Before we left we watched one of the bartenders do a cocktail "fire" presentation for some patrons in a booth seated area. Wow.... Paradise Lost accepts walk-ins only, no reservations. Paradise Lost accepts groups of 8 or less, unless you are requesting to book the space for a private event. Ages 21+ paradiselost.nyc @paradiselostnyc Paradise Lost is open everyday - 5pm-2am.

Dim lighting, plush seating, rich wood + wallpaper details, and that lounge-library vibe make the place feel like a secret hideout right in the middle of Midtown. It's moody, cozy, and effortlessly intimate -- perfect for a date night, a chill catch-up, or just a night out with good drinks. Nice service, too! However: be ready for the price tag. The cocktails are absolutely beautiful -- well crafted, creative, and flavorful -- but each one will remind you that you're not exactly paying dive-bar prices. It's worthwhile, but the "overpriced drinks" vibe absolutely hits. That said: the interior design and ambience are amazing. Tucked into the Financial District, this spot blends old New York history with some of the best cocktails in the city--and it's easy to see why it's been named "World's Best Bar" more than once. The name itself has a wild backstory, inspired by a notorious 19th-century Irish-American gang from Five Points. It adds a layer of character to the place, but what really keeps people coming back is the atmosphere and the drinks. The space is split into two levels: a two lively, sawdust-floored Taprooms downstairs and a more refined Parlor upstairs if you're in the mood for a quieter, cocktail-focused experience. Drinks are the real highlight here. The Irish Coffee is widely considered one of the best in the world--rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced with whiskey, coffee, and fresh cream. They also get creative with variations like a frozen version and even an Irish Coffee martini. If you want something different, the "Act Naturally" is a standout, mixing Irish whiskey with Guinness and fig in a way that works. Food is just as impressive for a bar. The lobster deviled eggs (topped with caviar) are a must-try, and the menu leans into elevated comfort food. Overall, The Dead Rabbit nails the balance between historic charm and modern cocktail excellence. The D.R. is one of those places that is never boring and consistently delivers.
