And she never asked me what kind of blow out I wanted. My blow outs take around 90 minutes and I was in there within less than an hour. There's a place that specializes in blow outs in the same plaza, I'm beating myself up for not going there instead. It just looks like I got my hair straightened !!!! Like why would I pay $70 just to get my hair straightened. She asked to use the flat iron and I said yes because I could tell the way she rounded my hair with the brush wasn't going to hold . In the end, when I seen it looked like all I did was get my hair straightened, I asked her to flip my ends, she didn't even know what I meant by that, I thought that's what she was doing when she was going over my hair with the flat iron. I was so over it at that point. There's a section of my hair that's still damped. This is supposed to be for my birthday . I am so pissed. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I'm honestly a lil offended like do I look like I don't know how to wash my hair and straighten it myself ? Why would I make an appointment for that?

She brought my hair back to life and, most importantly, made me feel beautiful and confident again. I'm so grateful I found her. She is talented, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients and the health of their hair. I highly recommend Holli;)

Tyler was friendly and easy to talk to and I explained I had a work event that night and I was hoping he could style it so it would last for that. It was a steal and Tyler was lovely. Definitely will go back.

Please note, I haven't actually visited this place. I was not able to get an appointment. Because…read morethis is a spot that many hairdressers utilize independently, there is no central booking option. Not Vagaro, not on the website, and not by phone. I sent an email and also called. I was able to get a receptionist on the phone but because she was new was unable to assist. I was directed to contact the individual hairdressers via Instagram. This required me to follow their page before I could message them. Really, really inefficient. In the meantime, I was able to locate another salon and hairdresser via Vagaro and book an appointment. These professionals may be great, but having an easy way to book will get more clients. In this day and age, the instantaneous booking is the bar and this place doesn't meet it. It is a hurdle/challenge to just get an appointment. I am sure these people are nice and are probably good at what they do.

They both were not only talented, professional and exceptionally attentive, but they were also so much fun while we were getting ready for my big day! Ally was able to impeccably recreate all of the different hairstyles that the ladies in my bridal party wanted to have done based off of online photos they showed her right beforehand, and Natalie did such a beautiful job on their makeup as well. Everyone looked and felt drop dead gorgeous!! As the bride, Natalie did both my makeup and hair, and she truly exceeded my expectations. If you book her, I CANNOT stress this enough - DO THE MOCK HAIR & MAKEUP TRIAL WITH HER!!! I almost made the mistake of not completing one, but words cannot express how thankful I am that I did. I initially thought I wanted to wear my hair down, so that's what we did for my trial. I also did a final fitting of my wedding dress that same day to see how it all looked together. After looking at photos, it became clear that my hair would look much better in an up-do style instead. I would have been devastated if I hadn't made that realization beforehand and there was no way to know without testing it out with Natalie first! Plus, it allowed me to relax on the day of my wedding and more importantly, thoroughly enjoy the experience of getting ready with all my girls! We all received tons of compliments and looked flawless for our photos, and none of us had to ever touch up our hair or makeup once for the entire event. Additionally, Natalie also does a phenomenal job with cutting/trimming hair! I've been going to her for a year and a half, and I've never been disappointed. She always puts her clients first and genuinely cares. She humbly does brilliant work, and my hair has never looked better!

First time client. I found Kimberlys IG page and quickly fell in love with her work!…read more I messaged her on IG that I naturally have dark, thin, and dry hair and explained to her that a few months ago, I got a "Balayage" that certainly did not look like a balayage and that my hair ended up being dry and the roots were dark and not blended enough for my liking. She suggested I book a full blonding session. I booked my appointment with skepticism but high hopes after seeing her IG account filled with stunning hair posts that were not "photoshopped".  The booking process on her site was easy, you select the service and chose the date and time of your convenience. A few days before the appointment, she texted me to make sure I have her direct contact information in case it may be needed. I was super nervous walking in because you never know what you're going to get when you go to a new hair salon. She asked a bunch of questions to get an idea of what I wanted (blonding and blended roots), and I put my hair into her hands. She knew exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly on every strand of hair. To brighten up my dull hair and make it healthier, she did a deep conditioning and put a bit of toner in, and it brought it to life! The roots look well blended now, too! The Salon: I loved the way this salon was decorated, and it was very spacious. The salon's vibe was trendy, well-maintained, and clean! Ther is also PLENTY of parking in the lot! All in all, my hair turned out beautifully, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. and I am in LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, with my hair again! Kimberly was super friendly, very warm, and checked in with me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with everything.
