It came out as a watery liquid with the consistency of soup, filled with sago (which isn't even in the dish) and zero sticky rice. You are supposed to tell a customer before you take their food away, not sneak it onto the bill. He then tried to act like he did me a favor by canceling one because "half was gone" (a total lie).
