This dealership is ONLY good at getting you into a car if. Now the problems you have after is another story. I have my car from them just about 3 years and this is the worst contract I signed. I was told one thing and found out later that I signed a 6 year contract. I also found out how much the car really was. Again I was quoted one price and stuck paying for another amount. The company really makes me want to give the car back and tell them fuck them. But I cant make it to work without a car. I'm a single mother who gets no help from government nor the father of my kids. Had I known that I was gonna be stuck in this type of contract I would've just kept looking for a car. I know there are more reasonable dealerships that will work with you. If you can avoid this place please due or be stuck in a contract paying for a car that is designed for failure. read more

I should have known from the reviews online that I should have never gone to this place. When I was there in person I even saw 2 customers complain about their service but against better judgment, decided to give them a try. I learned the hard way that this place has horrible customer service, and they sold me a car that broke down within 5 to 6 days of purchase. smh within 5 days the service light was on, needed an oil change, no coolant, car was smoking, and wasn't drivable. The car wouldn't start and if it did it would turn off eventually. I could go on and on about all the problems I experienced within a week of purchase. This place is a rip-off. Oh and someone in the service department didn't even try to help me they just said we don't have loaners and it will take a week or two weeks to fix your car. Guy also went on to say to me "That's what you get when you buy an old used car". Also had a lady in sales tell me that she couldn't do anything about the way I was treated by the service department or the fact that my car wasn't driveable and I had just got it. They expect me to make my first payment on a car that isn't driveable. They basically sold me a car that should have never been on the lot in the first place. PLEASE I'M WARNING YOU. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL eventually HAVE A BAD AND NEGATIVE experience. They take advantage of people who need in-house financing and people trying to rebuild their credit. I can't even get help and they expect me to make car payments on a car that isn't driveable. Parents and friends tried this car company group. They shut your car off 1-3 days after the payment isn't made, and someone on their line put that we didn't want the car. We never said we didn't want the car, but they proceeded to tow the car and hour away. They told us over the phone to make the $544 payment, but upon arrival they demanded $800. This is a scam car company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I cannot stress this enough. The staff is horrible and the owner just as bad. No one actually cares about you at this dealership. Don't even try with this place. If you're in desperate need of transportation then look elsewhere or get a cash car. If you have no credit, no money, and no license then you shouldn't be driving anyway. Literally ALL the cars are auction buys and the absolute bare minimum of repairs are done to get the cars running. Quality control is a f@cking joke. Cars are put on the lot with bad tires, broken motor mounts, worn out brakes, faulty electrics, etc. As long as the vehicle barely passes a state inspection then they sell it. The sales person will make promise a "WE OWE" for small things just to sell the car. You'll be lucky if the check engine light doesn't come on or the transmission doesn't give out within a week of purchase. Adonis installs GPS trackers on every car and will literally disable your car while you're driving if you miss a single payment. Don't be suprised if your sh!t gets repo'ed without any notice Don't be tempted by the advertised $489 down on any car. A 10 year old clunker with 100K+ miles will literally cost $25,000 after the ridiculous 25% interest rate these jokers charge with a $500+/month payment. Sales encourages you to buy the API (asset protection insurance) - DO NOT BE FOOLED; this adds an extra $120/month to the note and is not state required liablilty insurance. It's a policy to cover the cost of the vehicle in case it's totaled. You'll still have to pay a $500 deductible in full and an additional down payment to get another car if that happens. The dealer offers a $2,500 "vehicle service plan" to cover mechanical faults, but it barely covers anything. There's still a $100 deductible for covered repairs. The parts used are cheap aftermarket ones that come from O'Reily's or AutoZone. This dealer also offers "4 free oil changes in the 1st year", but uses cheap no-name recycled oil. Repairs can take WEEKS because the service department is SLOW AF and major repairs (engine/transmission replacements) are outsourced, so you're at the mercy of suppliers and ghetto shops doing repairs. Heaven forbid your car breaks down, this place charges to tow your car in and will not offer assistance if you need repairs to be performed elsewhere. All service is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Anything other than an oil change will require you to drop off your car. You are not allowed to wait for diagnostic/repairs and will be asked to leave until the car is ready. Free rideshares are no longer offered and will be added to your account. Loaner cars are part of the service package, but have to be manager approved. To even be considered a customer needs: 1) A valid driver's license. 2) Full coverage insurance (liability, comp, collision) with a $500 deductible and rental transferable coverage (NOT the same as rental reimbursement). 3) Your name has to be on the insurance, license, and title to the car. This place is just the worst. They offer too many services for their own good and have all these hidden rules and liability releases in the fine print of the paperwork you have to sign. Seriously, read that sh!t before signing any of it. There's literally an agreement that prohibits the car being used for ride-share or commercial purposes. This is considered "mileage abuse" and will null the service plan. I will not name names out of respect for privacy (but I know the name of EVERYONE that works at this location), but sales and management will literally tell you anything to either sell you a car, get you off the phone, or get you out of the dealership. They seriously DO NOT want to deal with customers. I don't blame them because the people that own the company are crooks and treat employees with favoritism. Seriously people, buying a car is a serious decision and investment. Do your research and plan ahead with budgeting. Test EVERY SINGLE button, gadget, swtich, and light on a car. Test drive it like you stole it. Bring a mechanic friend with you or sneak it to a shop to have it looked at before buying.This place continually sells problem cars known for certain issues because they're popular. STAY TF AWAY from Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler (PT Cruisers and anything after FIAT merger is BAD), Nissan (bad spark plugs/coils and have notorious CVT problems), Chevy (ALWAYS needs trans), Ford (2012+ have severe electrical issues), and KIA/Hyundai (engines will fail randomly). Also, if the car has an airbag light on or any outstanding recalls then you're out of luck because this place won't fix those. Also the catalytic converters on any car they sell are likely to fail do to poor maintenance and dodgy repairs - again, this is an out of pocket expense. Service charges $90/hour on labor and will upcharge all parts by over 30%. Oh, and all the 5 star Google reviews are fake - the salesperson will literally make you write a positve review before giving you the keys. They also offer payment reductions and statement credits for every customer you send in, but it's hell trying to redeem. RUN AWAY from this place. read more

I am almost through the buying process and Roberto was amazing from the first day I came close to closing time with 1 sales rep here and 4 customers waiting. He was able to get me approved even with me mistakingly putting the wrong thing on the app. We were at the closing time so adjustments had to wait until the next day. I had to work the next day and he still fixed my paperwork with the proper information and got my approval updated and waited for me to come in 3 days later. i had ubered for over $50 one way and he offered to get us part of the way home that was in his route home. This had never been done for me so his character speaks volumes. I came back and had the easiest buying process my original car I wanted sold right as I walked in and he helped me find another option that I would love. I told him my down payment max I had and the max I'd like to pay per month and he executed and went above and beyond and for that I am forever grateful.
