She went with vanilla and oat milk, while I stuck with my go-to combination of oat milk and honey. Both drinks were outstanding. Smooth, balanced, and packed with flavor without being overly sweet. I've had coffee all over the United States and in several countries around the world, and these lattes easily rank among my favorites. The coffee impressed us so much that we couldn't leave without grabbing a bag of their light roast to take home. What stood out just as much as the coffee was the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the service was excellent, and despite the constant flow of customers, everyone was smiling. Yes, you'll probably wait in line--but trust me, it's worth every minute. One funny moment from our visit: I had just found an open table when a gentleman told me, "I was saving that one." In fact, they fed everyone there. It was an act of generosity I promised to repay when things reopened. Since then, I've been back many times--and I've loved everything I've tried. The food and drinks are consistently excellent. Yes, it can be a little pricey, but it's absolutely worth it for the quality and care they put into every order. I wholeheartedly recommend KOKO's.
