She showed my husband and me around, made sure we knew the " lay of the land," knew how to lock and unlock our unit, and knew the best way to use the elevator. The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier!
