I called this company to have them give a customer of mine a quote on having her pool re plastered and the lights fixed I dealt with hailee she scheduled Thomas to go out on a Friday first thing 7-10am. Well Thomas never showed up and never called I tried calling to see what happened but no one would answer the phone, finally I got in touch with Chris and told him the situation which once he talked to Hailee he got back to me and said nothing was scheduled and Hailee didn't recall having that conversation with me. These people are the worst. Charged us $1200.00 for a 3.0 antenna and came back later and swapped it for a 2.0 antenna without informing us. Their $6,000 estimate for calcium removal was done by another company for $1250.00 for the same scope of work. Their employee Jennifer proudly told me they were the most expensive company in Las Vegas. They whacked our credit card for other unapproved charges and later credited the charge card. If I could give zero stars I would. I was told my pool heater needed to be replaced and it would cost 6k and that the heater was missing a release water valve. I had just got my pool done by Acquabella pools a year ago, I reached out to the pool builder about what the warranty company said and he said that he would come out to check it out, he never did. So for weeks back and forth with the builder and warranty company nothing got resolved and no one cared enough to come out. Months later our pool lights which are under warranty went out and I called admiral pool solutions and said they were no longer working with us due to rudeness??!! If I had the ability to leave less than 1 star I would. Our pool was less than 1 year old and due to the poor maintenance by Admiral I had to pay close to $7,000 to have the pool repaired. Their staff would never show up when they were supposed to, they kept changing my scheduled date. They would not perform the maintenance they were contracted to perform. There were multiple time that I had to send their "office" video from our home security system to prove that their people did not show, did not vacuum, etc. Run for the proverbial hills and find someone else! read more

Note: This review is solely focused on the lack of response and follow up, not the actual performance of the design and build because, well, we never got to design and build. I think the pre-build experience should also be taken I to consideration so I'm writing this review. I saw the Google and Yelp! reviews and thought for sure I want to at least consider them to build our pool. After multiple follow ups and opportunities to speak with someone, poor Kristin just couldn't get her designer Chris to respond. Since I mentioned her, let's start with Kristin. She was the initial contact person who followed up on my web inquiry. She was quick, responsive, and I think did her best to try and help us. Within 2 hours of filling out a request for consultation on the website she had emailed to request additional details. I responded back pretty quick and by later in the day she told me a designer would be in touch in a couple of days. Reasonable. So far, the quickest of 5 companies I contacted. With the reviews and that response time I'm thinking - That was easy! We found our pool contractor. Unfortunately that's kind of where it stopped. A little over a week later (9 days) I emailed Kristin again. I told her that the designer had never reached out and asked if she could help. Literally 20 minutes later she emailed me back that she spoke with Chris, he apologized that he's been a little backed up with other projects, and he'd be in touch early the following week. Twelve days later I'd given up and emailed her to thank her for trying but that we would be going with someone else. I don't think I'm being unreasonable here - I didn't expect anyone to drop everything and come running - but at least make contact and so we can schedule something so I have some idea. If it's this hard to get someone to give you a call back, only God knows what it would be like if you contract with them and have a need or issue. The reviews are amazing - but they're primarily based on a finished product. It sounds like if you can actually get someone to respond that they do a great job. Here we go again another year with the solar pool system leaking again another $225 service call. I would not recommend to get a solar pool systems. The claim of durability and warranty are all misleading to consumers. The amount of money you spent on repairs is not saving you money by going solar. These people are a waste of time. I needed warranty service on a Hayward heater. I made an appointment, after providing them with my proof of purchase. However, on the day, they cancelled claiming that Hayward doesn't provide a warranty if I bought from an online vendor, I have to get in touch with the vendor to provide service. However, it's an authorised vendor and so my warranty is the same as if I bought it from a store. (Apparently it's common for people to buy things with warranties on line these days!) Don't know why they didn't want the work but the least they could have done is be honest about it. Penny was very polite and professional throughout but sadly she's not the one in charge it seems. read more

I was planning a custom driveway on the side of my house and it became obvious that I was going to need a pool contractor to move my existing pool equipment to complete this project. I called Admiral pool solutions and let them know of my need for this work to be completed and they told me that they had an employee, a master plumber that would be able to assist me. He was able to come out within a couple of days check the project out and begin work soon thereafter. Before I knew it he was done with the work! The team and specifically Ben have helped us many times over the last 5+ years. We were having some leaks from the filter unit and I initially replaced the o-ring but still had some leaks albeit minor. Ben came out looked at it and found it to be failing and in need of replacement. I also wanted all o-rings at every connection replaced. Ben advised us to do it when the new filter unit was installed because some changes in piping needed to be made. He could have easily said ok, but he was thinking about us as the customer. If you have a in floor cleaner system these are your guys. If you need a filter or heater, these are your guys. They're my guys now, ultra responsive and professional with a hint of the regular-joe. Txt email or call they kept in touch with me how I preferred. They have replaced my filter and heater - and the owner came to do an emergency repair on another part of my system. The in-floor cleaner system I have is now working and Christmas is just a week away. I first called them in July to quote the repairs I needed, I saved up a little more than expected so we're adding the actuators so we can control the pool using our phones. I had a 2 speed Pentair installed by another company and they couldn't figure out the switch wiring. Admiral was sent out through Pentair and it took quite a while in brutal heat but he figured wiring out! Now Pentair just needs better instructions included or switch should be pre-installed by manufacturer. read more

I have used Admiral for solar, variable speed pump and complete filter replacement in the past. I recently had a problem with a temp sensor in the solar feed line of the system. This item was clearly not covered in the warranty because it was not part of the Admiral solar installation. Admiral diagnosed the problem and replaced the sensor at a price that I could not beat, because I was a customer. This isn't the first time Admiral has came through for me. They stand by their warranty work 100% and give great pricing for items not under warranty. The staff is extremely responsive, especially Pennie. Nick, the Ops. Manager truly does care about service levels and customer satisfaction. Admiral is a superb pool company. read more

Completely inconsiderate company. They were cleaning our neighbors pool filters, drag the hose across the street, and clean them in our yard with chemicals. Flooded the front of our yard, and when I questioned them they said it was a public street. Chose not to do it in front of the new house across the street at the home where they were servicing the pool and trashed and flooded my yard and the area in front of my driveway. These guys are awesome. Let alone are they super knowledgeable and friendly, but they are great at what they do. I had my pool drained and a full acid wash done, the calcium blasted off of my tiles, and both pool lights replaced with the Pentair Intellibright. They also came back for the pool refill, startup chems, and also helped to balance my salt cell. These guys rock! read more

Chris and his team of installers were absolutely wonderful. They recently installed solar panels on our roof to heat our pool.
