CAUTION ?!!! Read entire review before you sign ***See BBB better business bureau complaints before hiring this company. Stay far away from this company signed contract since Oct -2023 they have 10k and have not done anything what are you waiting for ?! Have received nothing but runaround have been doing more than what I need to be doing as a customer meaning me calling them instead of them calling me. It's like they're asking one hand for permission for the other one to move. Don't understand. They are just the middle people the roof is done by someone else. Eliminate the middle man. Update :5/7/2024 I have called I have been waiting for a call back that has yet to come for the last 3 weeks. Also waiting on an email for the last 4-5 weeks that's has been signed already but since so much time has past you don't want to use it and want it signed again to "start". Wasted my lunch on hold with them trying to "figure it out" 30 min promised to get an email by the end of day. End of day and nothing Update :7/9/2024 Nothing has been done still waiting no money has been destined my roof has not been fixed have been calling text and no response. They have all the money from the insurance and deposit and nothing stay away from this company and Nerd Power. update: Had to reach out to the BBB and filed a complaint that is how I was finally able to get the owner to call me and actually do the job after almost 8mths and still did not fix what we needed. The rain still comes in the house. They paid a sub contractor 5k to do the job what happened to the other 5k. They tried to get more money out of us I just wanted the off my parents property. Update 4/11/2025: they are like a cancer that will not go away 20k for 1/3 of the roof ridiculous CAUTION !! CAUTION!! They go around door to door praying on seniors and people that don't know better. Stay away from this adjuster they take advantage of their own staff and then fire them when they have been used up. read more

This is a great company to work with. I had a beautiful brand new roof installed on my home and my insurance covered almost everything, except for some damaged wood that was replaced underneath my shingles. Adjustpro Solutions took care of all communication with my insurance on my behalf, which was a huge relief because I didn't fully understand the claims process and didn't have the time or energy to deal with my insurance company, as they can be difficult to get a hold of. Every person I spoke to at Adjustpro Solutions was pleasant and very helpful, even when it came to paying for the wood that my insurance didn't cover. They explained payment options and worked with me to come up with a solution. The work they did on my home was fast and efficient, and it looks great. I was even able to recommend them to my brother, and they helped him too. If you have any damage to your roof, I highly recommend Adjustpro Solutions. Thank you, Adjustpro Solutions! read more

I live in a house built in 1969 . An AdjustPro rep came to my house and pointed out damage done by a recent hail storm . I am retired and dont look at my roof much . He said AdjustPro Solutions would contact my insurance and work things out for me, which they did. The new roof was done in a single day. They were punctual, polite and professional. They even went above and beyond what I expected. The roof looks great. Charcoal black with white trim. It really pops. A few months after my roof was completed we had a microburst storm hit our neighborhood. My block fence was blown down and my A.C. unit on my roof was torn off its mounting, and the duct work was ripped off. But my AdjustPro roof did not lose a single shingle. The roof held up to the microburst not suffering any damage. If I ever need roof work done I'm calling AdjustPro Solutions. Unfortunately for them, their roof is so good, I may never have to. read more

The adjustment process was made simple and easy! They might have been some of the most kind people I've ever met. I appreciate them so much. Megan at the front desk you are amazing. And I even met some of the owners those guys are truly the American dream just some normal guys that put in so much work to deal with the issues we had in the claim process. It soon made me realize how we are all human and these guys are trying their best for their friends their families their selves and their customers. They really make an effort on all fronts. I literally had to go in there 5 times and every time we worked together to fight my insurance claim and guess what? We won!! Hurray for the entire team there that we met words can't express and I cannot let the negative comments I've seen decide how I look at them! The truth is we won. Thank you guys. read more

I got AdjustPro involved after my insurance company offered to pay for repairs. I was shopping for a roofing company (Pro Tec) to do them and one quote I got suggested I needed a lot more work than the repair check would cover. They recommended using a public adjuster to try and get more coverage approved. Adjust pro worked with my insurance company, did something called an appraisal, I think... they took care of most everything, and the same company I called originally, Pro Tec, wound up putting a whole roof replacement on for me instead of a couple patchy repairs. I'm super pleased with both companies, only had to pay my same deductible I would have paid for repairs. read more

I had a fantastic experience working with Petra as my agent for installing solar panels and a new roof. Petra provided exceptional service from start to finish. She guided me through the entire process with expertise and professionalism. Not only did she ensure that everything was installed correctly and efficiently, but she also helped me secure excellent rates for the project. I'm thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend Petra to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable agent for their home improvement needs." read more

Adjust Pro Solutions does well with working with the insurance company and replacing your roof. However pool owners beware they will not clean your pool they will leave shingles, tar paper and nails or staples in your pool that you will have to clean. They gave me a $100 discount for me to spend about two weeks cleaning my pool and hoping the debris didn't cause any damage to my pool pump or filter. The owner of the company contacted me and addressed my concerns and was very understanding and wanted to resolve my issues read more

I recently had my roof replaced due to the tornado that damaged my roof in November of last year. Adjust Pro took care of all of the insurance red tape which resulting in my roof being replaced with some cost covered by the insurance company. My new roof looks beautiful and I appreciate the ease of the whole insurance thing. Dan and Raymond were very helpful with the job costing for my portion of the roof, making it affordable within my fixed income. read more

After working with adjustpro I have a nice new roof, it cost me nothing more than my deductible and it was fast! They met me at my house, met with my insurance's adjuster, and within a couple weeks the work crews they had fixing my roof and a few other things that had been damaged were packed up and gone without a trace. I didn't have to do anything. Top notch professionals, way better than fighting with my insurance company over nickels and dimes. read more

These fellas did a bang up job. Ruben was working in my neighborhood after our recent storm. He noticed my roof was damaged too and stopped by. Super friendly & professional. They took care of my home owners insurance claim for me and even scheduled/supervised my roof replacement and some interior repair work. I hate working with that stuff and they just made it so painless. Very happy with the way this went down. I'd recommend them to my mother. read more

Adjustpro Solutions are miracle workers. I went through my insurance to get my roof replaced because of recent storm damage and they said they would only give me $2,000 to cover a $12,000 job. Thankfully the Adjustpro team knocked on my door and even though I was skeptical I let them handle my claim and low and behold they got my whole roof covered minus my small deductible. I can't thank them enough! read more

I didn't know what a public adjuster was until my insurance company offered to buy me about ten shingles instead of fixing my roof after monsoon season. A Buddy of mine said I should call these guys. I'm not sure how they do it, but the insurance adjuster came out again and met with their guy (Dan), and now I'm getting a new roof like I felt I should have all along. Very happy I got AdjustPro involved. read more

originally, there was a misunderstanding with communication but after all was said and done, I couldn't have asked for a better resolution. The owner is truly a people oriented person, and went above and beyond to rectify the issue! In the end I wound up having my roof replaced, and it came out amazing better than I could've hoped for! Would definitely recommend adjust pros read more

This business is abusing the elderly, taking advantage of the poor and disenfranchised by strong arming them into contracts. They sales reps ignore No Soliciting signs, loitering in peoples front yards, and breaking local law. Adjust Pro Services is ran by thugs who's sole purpose is to scam people into insurance claims for a quick buck. Don't use this company. read more
