Despite numerous attempts to obtain updates on the project's progress, we faced significant delays and lack of communication for several months.However, once the owner saw my initial review, he promptly intervened, and the project was completed. Met a representative of Adjust Pro Solutions canvassing the neighborhood in July of 2023. Our roof is 16 years old and could be replaced. I live in a duplex and share a shingle roof with the neighbor. Because we own our solar this seemed like a one stop shop for the repair. We received several calls from their telemarketing department while out of town and they were not able to come to an agreement with the neighbor. Her insurance adjustor advised against using this company while my adjustor already wrote them a check in excess of 17k. So we were unable to reach an agreement and I cancelled the contract with John in November 2023. As of January 30, 2024 and several calls to the company I have not received a refund check. The contract states they are entitled to 30% and I am ok with that, but the refund would be great since I have already paid for a solar removal/reinstall and new roof. Buyer beware to do your do your research in which I didn't do. Work with a local company and not a third party like me. read more

The fact that my roofs on my rental and my home needed. Be replaced told me many times that this would not affect my insurance company. That I was with at the time. Sounded like an OK situation, so we went with it. 15 months later I am still waiting for them to do something with my roof on my property. They did replace the roof on my rental in November. Still way over a year and now the money that they have from my home. I can't get anybody to call me back to find out what's going on. I have since filed a claim with the department of insurance against them. Which again they're not gonna do anything. I'm sure because they already have several others already pending. Just wanted to write this review to warn people not to do business with the them you'll be sorry. I forgot to mention that my insurance company did cancel insurance on my home and now I have to pay another insurance company double because, if you can believe it I need my roof​ replaced! My roof got damaged from the recent storms we got in the valley, my home insurance refused to cover the cost of any repairs claiming that There was no damage because there were no leaks in the house so if i wanted a new roof I would have to pay for it myself luckily an adjustpro representative knock on my door a couple days later and offered their services i signed a contract with them and they Got my insurance to pay for a new roof. Run. Do not use them. They quote you at the door that the deductible is all they will charge you. Then they have you sign an agreement. After you get the copy you find out they will charge you $3,000 or 30% if you don't use them. Then they raise the price. Mine was over $5,000 more than the deductible. Then they wanted to switch to $3000 more than the deductible IF I entered into a $75,000 solar contract. Bait and switch. Filing an attorney generals complaint. Run. read more

My roof was damaged by wind and hail on July 24, 2024. Their street team came to my door on July 26,2024 saying all the right things, how they could make my claim and repair process easier, how the company had "elite" status. I digitally signed the paperwork and asked that they send the paperwork to me at the earliest opportunity. I didn't receive copies of the paperwork. I called my insurance company to see what the status of my claim was and was told that I had hired an 3rd party adjuster and to contact them. They gave me the contact information for Adjust Pro Solutions. This was on August 15, 2024. I called and spoke with Janelle S. She claimed that my paperwork had "fallen thru the cracks and had not been assigned to anyone." She then said that she would assign it to herself and sent me copies of the paperwork that I signed, on August 15, 2024, well outside the 3 day grace period of cancelling the contract. Strange this is, I don't remember one of the pages being included in the digital paperwork I was shown, the one where is states they get 30% of the insurance money. It may have my initials, but I didn't initial it. I have made numerous phone calls all of which have gone to voice mail and no one had bothered to call back. read more

Do not trust this company, if you sign a contract with them they automatically get the funds from your insurance sent directly to them and then you never hear from them again. In order to sever the contact and get the work done by a professional, reputable company, they will take their 25% for doing absolutely nothing and not fulling their side of the contract. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! They never call back or answer their phones. It has been 3 months and our roof is still not complete. We now choose to sever all ties with this company for their deceptive and shady practices. They have only been in business in AZ for 3 years and have numerous complaints registered with the BBB, their reputation speaks for itself. BEWARE! Lesson learned! I will never recommend using Adjust Pro Solutions to anyone! You would be MUCH BETTER OFF going directly to your insurance company's adjuster for repairs to your damaged dwelling. Their representative came to my house (uninvited), knocked on my door, and asked to look at my house's roof. After examining it, the Adjust Pro Solutions representative said that my storm damaged roof, needed replaced, and that they would work with my insurance company to get it done. In the end, they only secured enough replacement funds ($924.50 which they kept) to replace a two square shingle patch on my roof. For my house it requires 30.43 squares of shingles for a complete roof replacement. BEWARE: Don't trust that they can do what they say they will do! The day that the Adjust Pro Solutions representative first examined my roof he should have been honest and told me that it was highly unlikely that they could successfully work with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. That was not what he did! That was NOT the case! read more

We had a roofer come out and give us an estimate. He brought with him a representative from AdjustPro - Dan Smith. The adjuster took pictures of our roof and had us sign a contract that we would agree to work with only AdjustPro. They assured us that they would work with our insurance company to get the best possible resolution. It has been months (May 2023) since they came out. Meanwhile, we have had tarps on our roof creating more damage when the winds and rains have hit. We keep getting told that "it takes time" and have yet to get any answers. It has been well over the 20 days timeline for our insurance company to respond to their demands. The foreign speaking woman at AdjustPro does not have any information. The representative Dan Smith is no longer responding to texts or phone calls. I will change my review IF there is a resolution. I have nothing but regret for even signing the contract to pursue repairs.
