Terrible company. No follow through and will lie to you over and over in order to get you to submit with them. They will tell you anything in order to submit your profile and then you'll NEVER hear from them unless there is another job they want to submit you for. They do not qualify applicants and they just push volume to the client. I have had numerous issues and every time I allow them to talk me into working with them only to receive the same terrible customer service. Even when caught in a lie they will justify their abhorent actions. Not professional in any way and should not be vetting professionals for job placement. They are (allegedly) using AI to screen candidates for positions. They state so in their e-mail and I did get what sounded like a robo-call to my voicemail. They want my resume and don't provide salary on the initial contact, which means you have to respond which "gives your consent to be contacted via phone/text/e-mail" to get basic information about a position. I have to congratulate them. The recruitment/job seeking world is already bleak, dehumanizing, and miserable, but this takes it a step even further into the misery mire. I was overqualified for the job but I don't want to jump through hoops for a robot to mistakenly ID me or, as others have noted, continue to try to get me onto another call (with an AI! Not a human!) for jobs I might not care about. I would highly recommend this firm ditch the AI factor if they want to be taken seriously. read more

Applied for a position and was contacted shortly thereafter by an AI email "Virtual recruiter" who said they would be calling me. The thing that ended up calling me was also AI, who wanted to ask me several interview -type questions. I hung up I cannot think of anything more dehumanizing, or insulting than being subjected to this kind of behavior as a candidate. I was straight lied too by the recruiter when trying to get me to accept the job. After accepting the job, all the benefits they told me, such as working remote and ability to go full time, was a complete lie. This is now causing me a lot of issues due to being a full time care giver in MI and the job requiring me to be in WA. I had no idea when my start date was, and had to threaten to quit the contract before it even started due to the lack of communication on the start. They require phone calls during working hours to ask ridiculous questions that could easily be through an email. Such as are you sure you are a US citizen AFTER I had already accepted the job. To be honest I could not tell you who my aditi recruiter is/was. I talked to multiple people claiming to be my recruiter or on-boarding assistant. After a few weeks it would be someone else and the person was in a new position or no longer part of the company. Finally, my start date came around. They did not do any of the badging, they never told me what building I worked in, finding were to log onto their system isn't on the website, and didn't even bother getting the base info that was needed for their customer. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! If I had not kept my job, while waiting for this one, I would of lost my house. This company will submit you for any role, even if it is not a role that you are interested in in hopes of scheduling an interview without informing you. They assigned me an interview with a lower pay than the rate confirmation and a different title from what I had confirmed. A completely different job description from what I had accepted as well. I have to admit that I was nervous about applying for a contract role through Aditi, since I have been contracting at tech companies through other agencies, but hadn't heard of Aditi before. Yes, it's true that culturally there is a tendency for some recruiters to be a bit pushier in terms of encouraging you to accept an offer. But overall, after accepting the contract offer and being actively employed through Aditi, I have had the most positive experience compared to the other agencies I've used in the past. Their staff members are very supportive so far. The onboarding process was straightforward and easy, from completing my documents and background check to having their support in receiving my equipment. They also have social events to help connect consultants in specific regions, which is a nice perk. read more

I received a message on LinkedIn today and an email message. I'm not receiving a call cause my number is blocked from SIM box numbers or whatever method to call me from India. How can I have a good impression from a company that seems desperate to contact me rather than me applying for their job offers? I come here for reviews, and all I see are other people that were asked for their DOB and SSN. At this point, it should be evident to whoever is running this company that nobody should ask for this information until the job offer is accepted and the onboarding process starts. I feel sorry that some people show prejudice once they listen to the Indian accent or read the Indian name. I'm not doing it, and I don't condone anyone else making these race-related remarks. They asked for information I wasn't comfortable providing. (and after reading these other reviews I'm now going back to try and remember what I ended up giving them in the end!) They ask you to choose an hourly rate that includes random "perks" from their company like gym membership, phone, and financial advice. Generally, just avoid them. First, thing that rubbed me wrong was their benefits/compensation packages. They make you chose between higher wages and pto w/ health insurance. Which makes 0 sense and they try to justify it with "the company normally brings on our consultants as full time employees with in 3-6mos, so I never recommend pto". Which is cool fine and dandy but the kicker is the low balled relocation package. Which is 1,000$ now tell me people where you relocating for 1,000$?!? Damn sure won't be making any sort of long distance trip with that. I had to basically say I was backing out if I didn't get more just for them to up my relocation to 1400$ allegedly. But the best part of it all they wait till I've signed all the documents and done the background check just to tell me that I will be reimbursed for my relocation. Now I'm suppose to be moving 12hrs away just for the communication to be terrible and the responses to be 24hrs apart. If aditi offers you a position decline it and find another way to get in. You'll be better off by yourself going directly to whatever company it is your applying to!!! read more

Multiple recruiters have reached out to me about the same position. I rejected the offer each time due to pay and distance from my home. Then I realized each recruiter that contacted me called me by a different name! I asked them all to stop calling, texting, and emailing me. None of them did. I eventually reached out to the company they were recruiting for and told them their staffing agency was on the verge of harassing me and was making them look terrible with their disorganization. THAT finally made the calls stop. For the time being. Apparently they've decided to recruit for that same position again and THEY STILL DON'T MY NAME!! EVEN THOUGH IT'S ON MY VOICEMAIL. Ridiculous. Aditi Staffing is a lousy employment agency with 29 locations in the USA. Here I explain why. So far I have been contacted by 3 recuirters with the classic Indian signature, all of them with names I can only dream I can pronounce: Basharath Hussain, Apurva Mishra and Rakesh Diwakar. After doing some research it seems as if all of them are located in Bellevue, WA although they use different phone numbers and some of them are 415 and 650, indication that they might just have fake local phone numbers to hook up people. Basharath Hussain and Apurva Mishra, at different times, contacted me with a job that was not related with my background. Here's another example of a staffing firm that does not read resumes. Why should people bother working with them is the first question that comes to mind. They don't look for skills necessary for a job. They just send random e-mails. The recruiters at this company are completely useless. Every time I have been contacted they send me jobs that I have obviously no chance of getting. I've gotten sent one that requires 14+ years of experience and one that got 30+ year of experience, when I don't even have one year. In addition I got a job sent to me that requires a four year degree in graphic design, when if my resume was actually read through, it would be plain as day I have a two year degree in it. In addition, a lot of the things in it aren't taught in a graphic design program, notably the requirement of being able to read engineering documents. Adding more to that, they e-mailed me, called my cell phone plus gave voice mail and also called landline and gave voice mail all right in a row, basically harassment. Not surprisingly, every single time I got sent a job it was from somebody with an accent from the middle east. Makes me wonder if they hacked their name into the system and spoofed their phone number to look like they're in the USA. Whether they did hack or spoof or not, they are completely useless. If this is how everybody at the company works, then they hire people who don't know how to actually do the job they're meant to be doing, ultimately getting paid to waste honest peoples time. There was another time I was contacted about a job where even less than the other three qualified me for it. Four times I had something sent to me and all times it was something I had no way of qualifying for. That's pretty sad. I always tell myself that recruiters don't care if a job seeker gets a job, only getting the commission for "trying to help", but this is something else entirely. read more
