Pls stay away from their fake consulting calls if you want to save your time. I see the reviews supporting them are also paid , they will call you multiple through bot and ask your personal details read more

Terrible company. No follow through and will lie to you over and over in order to get you to submit with them. They will tell you anything in order to submit your profile and then you'll NEVER hear from them unless there is another job they want to submit you for. They do not qualify applicants and they just push volume to the client. I have had numerous issues and every time I allow them to talk me into working with them only to receive the same terrible customer service. Even when caught in a lie they will justify their abhorent actions. Not professional in any way and should not be vetting professionals for job placement. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with them and I can say any positive reviews have to be left by their employees. read more

They are (allegedly) using AI to screen candidates for positions. They state so in their e-mail and I did get what sounded like a robo-call to my voicemail. They want my resume and don't provide salary on the initial contact, which means you have to respond which "gives your consent to be contacted via phone/text/e-mail" to get basic information about a position. I have to congratulate them. The recruitment/job seeking world is already bleak, dehumanizing, and miserable, but this takes it a step even further into the misery mire. I was overqualified for the job but I don't want to jump through hoops for a robot to mistakenly ID me or, as others have noted, continue to try to get me onto another call (with an AI! Not a human!) for jobs I might not care about. I would highly recommend this firm ditch the AI factor if they want to be taken seriously. read more

Aditi Consulting - Consent at their e-mail, and notification that it's entirely AI generated (supposedly) - Employment Agencies Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

This company is a great company that has given me the greatest job opportunity of my life. They are great supportive and also always assisting in all my concerns and needs. Fast forward no have been with Aditi for 2 and half years and now the company they placed me with is taking me on as an employee with benefits! Aditi is the real deal and truly support their employees. if you have the opportunity to work with this company DO NOT pass it up! THANK YOU ADITI!!! read more

Applied for a position and was contacted shortly thereafter by an AI email "Virtual recruiter" who said they would be calling me. The thing that ended up calling me was also AI, who wanted to ask me several interview -type questions. I hung up I cannot think of anything more dehumanizing, or insulting than being subjected to this kind of behavior as a candidate. Job searching is a 2-way street and there is zero chance that I would work for a firm that does business in this manner. Appalling. read more

I was straight lied too by the recruiter when trying to get me to accept the job. After accepting the job, all the benefits they told me, such as working remote and ability to go full time, was a complete lie. This is now causing me a lot of issues due to being a full time care giver in MI and the job requiring me to be in WA. I had no idea when my start date was, and had to threaten to quit the contract before it even started due to the lack of communication on the start. They require phone calls during working hours to ask ridiculous questions that could easily be through an email. Such as are you sure you are a US citizen AFTER I had already accepted the job. To be honest I could not tell you who my aditi recruiter is/was. I talked to multiple people claiming to be my recruiter or on-boarding assistant. After a few weeks it would be someone else and the person was in a new position or no longer part of the company. Finally, my start date came around. They did not do any of the badging, they never told me what building I worked in, finding were to log onto their system isn't on the website, and didn't even bother getting the base info that was needed for their customer. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! If I had not kept my job, while waiting for this one, I would of lost my house. It took them 6 months to get me to the onboarding phase. read more

Scam: Called, texted and emailed about a job that doesn't exist. Also they use robocalling to leave a voicemail in regards to the job and to call them back at a completely different number. read more

Honestly, my true rating is lower than a zero; make that negative infinity. Anway, she left me a voicemail about the opportunity along with an email. I thought okay this sounds good, but let me do some reverse hack because it sounds like a scam. I didn't want to judge the "so called recruiter" due to her accent. I decided to call her today, and she sounded like she was in the street, I asked her is this your office number? she stuttered and said I am working from home... Long story short, she didnt sound interested in my skill sets to see where she can place me where i fit best. She sounded like she was in a rush, and she was asking my SSN. RED FLAG! DELETE EMAIL... RUN! read more

Applied for a position, and was instead returned an offer with a different position, that paid much less. This company will submit you for any role, even if it is not a role that you are interested in in hopes of scheduling an interview without informing you. They assigned me an interview with a lower pay than the rate confirmation and a different title from what I had confirmed. A completely different job description from what I had accepted as well. Absolutely unprofessional. Business is okay, but the company operation is an absolute scam. read more

I have to admit that I was nervous about applying for a contract role through Aditi, since I have been contracting at tech companies through other agencies, but hadn't heard of Aditi before. Yes, it's true that culturally there is a tendency for some recruiters to be a bit pushier in terms of encouraging you to accept an offer. But overall, after accepting the contract offer and being actively employed through Aditi, I have had the most positive experience compared to the other agencies I've used in the past. Their staff members are very supportive so far. The onboarding process was straightforward and easy, from completing my documents and background check to having their support in receiving my equipment. They also have social events to help connect consultants in specific regions, which is a nice perk. read more

I received a message on LinkedIn today and an email message. I'm not receiving a call cause my number is blocked from SIM box numbers or whatever method to call me from India. How can I have a good impression from a company that seems desperate to contact me rather than me applying for their job offers? I come here for reviews, and all I see are other people that were asked for their DOB and SSN. At this point, it should be evident to whoever is running this company that nobody should ask for this information until the job offer is accepted and the onboarding process starts. I feel sorry that some people show prejudice once they listen to the Indian accent or read the Indian name. I'm not doing it, and I don't condone anyone else making these race-related remarks. But the truth is that these Indian companies should change their hiring methods If they wanna stop causing a negative impression. This modus operandi is scammy, and I don't feel comfortable answering emails just to be harassed by recruiters that ask for my personal information. read more

The recruiter sounded like she was in the street and it sounded like a scam. I signed up for job and never heard from her again. STAY AWAY.

https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ Everyone who gets a call from this company will be asked about their D.O.B, the last 5 digits of their SSN, and their full legal name. Absolute scam. read more

They fish for candidates without reading resumes or skillsets. If they cant spend 30 seconds skimming a resume, then they don't deserve more than 30 seconds of my time. read more

Spoke with the recruiter - DK and a "senior manager" - Nabila several times to setup an interview - had the interview, it went well. Then I followed up several times through email/phone and never got a response. Truthfully the position didn't exactly match my skillset as I was overqualified but it was for an established company so I was intrigued. The overall lack of professionalism from Aditi Consulting is awful. A simple "not selected/interested" email or phone call would suffice. But NOTHING? No response? STAY AWAY - waste of time read more

Note my One Star above stands for a Negative Star. This is a not a real company. If you are reading this and are contacted by them DISREGARD. The person I spoke to knew nothing about the alleged role and the company they were supposed to be representing. All the bells and whistles went off when I was asked for my birthdate. I flat out said "You don't need that information." Don't entertain this "company". Facebook should know they are misrepresenting themselves as an alleged "Recruiter" for them. read more

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Aditi! The company culture here is one of the best I've ever experienced. I love the way they care for their employees and consultants. read more

Like all of the other 1-star reviews, this felt very scammy. I was contacted blindly by a recruiter who clearly knew next to nothing about the role she was recruiting me to. They asked for information I wasn't comfortable providing. (and after reading these other reviews I'm now going back to try and remember what I ended up giving them in the end!) They ask you to choose an hourly rate that includes random "perks" from their company like gym membership, phone, and financial advice. Generally, just avoid them. You can find better ways to apply to these jobs. read more

It's a useless IT agency. A typical Indian body shop, which provided low level tech coolies from Andhra.

If you're considering using this company to fill a staffing position - DON'T! I had one of the most unfavorable experiences with their recruiter - Rishabh Mishra. I usually work for high end tech companies and I was shocked by the unprofessional emails I received from this recruiter. He was rude, pushy, condescending, abrasive, and demeaning. In many cases recruiters are the first people you come into contact with at companies. They set the stage for how potential employees views the brand. This experience diminished the role he was presenting and the company he hiring for in an instant. read more

I was contacted out of nowhere by Rachana R Hegde for a fantastic job opportunity with an A-listed company. Unfortunately they start asking for your full name and last four of your social, which is the unique part, in order to submit your job application. Never give out your social security to anyone unless they you have been hired by a legitimate company and you're in their HR office. read more

Garbage Scam! If anybody with an Indian accent calls you about a job, just hang up the phone.

Very unprofessional! They kept asking me for the original documents that includes my personal information! And they never find any position!

They won't stop emailing. Or calling. Even when you swear at them and say, flat-out, that you have no interests whatsoever in working for or even being associated with that agency. They are apparently farming resumes and, if the other reviews are correct, identities for blind submittals. Do not provide information to them, and be blunt about refusing representation by them. read more

Aditi Consulting is a great company to work for! Not only is there a very fun, positive and motivating company culture here, but everyone is super professional and wants you to succeed. Was contacted by an Indian man (Satya?) who seemed to only be interested in gaining my birthdate and social security number. This is NOT ok with me. I told him I'd only give that information to an HR representative in person. He then sent me an email marked Urgent with another request for my social and personal information. Thanks, but no thanks. read more

First, thing that rubbed me wrong was their benefits/compensation packages. They make you chose between higher wages and pto w/ health insurance. Which makes 0 sense and they try to justify it with "the company normally brings on our consultants as full time employees with in 3-6mos, so I never recommend pto". Which is cool fine and dandy but the kicker is the low balled relocation package. Which is 1,000$ now tell me people where you relocating for 1,000$?!? Damn sure won't be making any sort of long distance trip with that. I had to basically say I was backing out if I didn't get more just for them to up my relocation to 1400$ allegedly. But the best part of it all they wait till I've signed all the documents and done the background check just to tell me that I will be reimbursed for my relocation. Now I'm suppose to be moving 12hrs away just for the communication to be terrible and the responses to be 24hrs apart. If aditi offers you a position decline it and find another way to get in. You'll be better off by yourself going directly to whatever company it is your applying to!!! read more

Aditi has proven to be an exceptional agency who authentically cares about their employees. Communication has never been a problem as they always answer their phones, and are readily available to answer any questions I may have. From the time they reached out to me regarding my resume, to setting up an interview then receiving an offer only a week after (that's crazy) was super quick and easy! Thanks Aditi, you've given me a job to support myself and I can honestly say I'm proud to work for you guys! :) read more

Multiple recruiters have reached out to me about the same position. I rejected the offer each time due to pay and distance from my home. Then I realized each recruiter that contacted me called me by a different name! I asked them all to stop calling, texting, and emailing me. None of them did. I eventually reached out to the company they were recruiting for and told them their staffing agency was on the verge of harassing me and was making them look terrible with their disorganization. THAT finally made the calls stop. For the time being. Apparently they've decided to recruit for that same position again and THEY STILL DON'T MY NAME!! EVEN THOUGH IT'S ON MY VOICEMAIL. Ridiculous. Even if I was interested in their positions. I would NEVER consider working with/through them. Ever. They're as bad as the telemarketer/spammers. read more

Aditi Staffing is a lousy employment agency with 29 locations in the USA. Here I explain why. So far I have been contacted by 3 recuirters with the classic Indian signature, all of them with names I can only dream I can pronounce: Basharath Hussain, Apurva Mishra and Rakesh Diwakar. After doing some research it seems as if all of them are located in Bellevue, WA although they use different phone numbers and some of them are 415 and 650, indication that they might just have fake local phone numbers to hook up people. Basharath Hussain and Apurva Mishra, at different times, contacted me with a job that was not related with my background. Here's another example of a staffing firm that does not read resumes. Why should people bother working with them is the first question that comes to mind. They don't look for skills necessary for a job. They just send random e-mails. Aditi Staffing just earned a 1 star rating. read more

They will call and call and email and email to get you to commit to a RTR (right to represent) and then ignore you about the status of that job. I would get the job number from them and then go to a honest contract company to apply for that job. And you need to use email as you can not understand their english on the phone . USE AT YOUR OWN RISK ! read more

The recruiters at this company are completely useless. Every time I have been contacted they send me jobs that I have obviously no chance of getting. I've gotten sent one that requires 14+ years of experience and one that got 30+ year of experience, when I don't even have one year. In addition I got a job sent to me that requires a four year degree in graphic design, when if my resume was actually read through, it would be plain as day I have a two year degree in it. In addition, a lot of the things in it aren't taught in a graphic design program, notably the requirement of being able to read engineering documents. Adding more to that, they e-mailed me, called my cell phone plus gave voice mail and also called landline and gave voice mail all right in a row, basically harassment. Not surprisingly, every single time I got sent a job it was from somebody with an accent from the middle east. Makes me wonder if they hacked their name into the system and spoofed their phone number to look like they're in the USA. Whether they did hack or spoof or not, they are completely useless. If this is how everybody at the company works, then they hire people who don't know how to actually do the job they're meant to be doing, ultimately getting paid to waste honest peoples time. There was another time I was contacted about a job where even less than the other three qualified me for it. Four times I had something sent to me and all times it was something I had no way of qualifying for. That's pretty sad. I always tell myself that recruiters don't care if a job seeker gets a job, only getting the commission for "trying to help", but this is something else entirely. read more
