Fun store! The staff were friendly and welcoming. They had some cool, unique items in you don't see everywhere. Scored the exclusive Abbot Kinney Adidas tote bag with my purchase, which was a nice bonus. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the neighborhood. read more

The customer service is incredible. FABIAN helped us at the store and we left with a pair of great shoes. He was funny, helpful and really knew the brand. Customer service like this is rare these days. read more

thank you, Michael for the best customer service helping me finding anything I want thank you so much

Poor costumer service Rude store manager and staff Saw them mocking customer trying to exchange shoes for a different size read more

Terrible customer service!!!! I bought the shoes and realized the size is off, went back to exchange size in a couple of hours, but the store manager refused to because I wore them for like 10 min. The store manager and staff were mocking me, saying that I should know my size ahead of time, and suggested me to "donate" the shoes since I can't wear them. I will never want to buy any Adidas products. read more

Sophie and the team here are always helpful and very friendly and know their product . They are always helpful always greeting you when you walk in the store and they work well as a team. Love the energy in this store. read more

Annoying since they gave bad advice, I understand they didn't have toddler shoes but they sent me to SM store which didn't have them either. Just which they knew or didn't make the recommendation. read more

One of my favorite shops for lifestyle/athletic wear. Associates are always knowledgeable and helpful when looking for the right adidas products - always willing to do what they can in their with all retail concerns. See you there! read more

AMAZING is the way I'd describe adidas , The staff is so friendly and attentive and seconds into walking in I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything specific and took there time because that last thing you wanna feel is rushed. I ended up leaving with several items just because the service was great. I'll be back soon. read more

Fabian is the s**t!! Made my shopping experience fun and I walked out with my purchase very satisfied.0

Nice range of stock. The salesperson took 15+ minutes to get me one pair of shoes, and told the woman next to me she 'forgot about her.' We were the only two customers in the entire store. I went up to the desk and asked the three employees standing around where my salesperson went, and they laughed and rolled their eyes and said she 'should come back at some point.' Too bad a nice store has such a level of unprofessionalism in the staff. read more

I like adidas. You like adidas. The 30 other potential patrons in the store right now like adidas. If only the people working here wanted to help any of us. They are severely understaffed and we are now one of many of the potential customers walking out while whispering not too quietly under our collective breaths "this is why retail is dead." read more

MUST READ BEFORE AND EVEN AFTER SHOPPING HERE!!!! If I could give -5 star, I would've. I shopped there yesterday. Came home, only to find out I was over charged for all of my items. Not just one, ALL OF THE TIMES I PURCHASED!!! I was more than just angry because that is fraud and false advertising. Their phone number on the receipt is even wrong! So I called this morning to fix the problem and more than just fixing because this is a big problem. I talked to 'Robert' whom he recalled to as assistant manager and he is the highest person I could talk to. He kept repeating himself saying I need to bring back to items to him or nearby Adidas store. But I only went to that area to show my cousin from Korea. She is leaving today and I have to drive a bit too far and waste my time to fix this. After over 30mins long conversation, Robert literally said the same thing over and over without trying to actually solve the problem and make me feel better, he finally tapped into his computer to find my receipt and fix. He was absolutely rude and didn't care. At first, he wasn't even trying to fix the price on the system. I'm worried many of the tourists get over charged without any notice because they shove the receipt inside the bag. At the end, I asked him to email to corporate to analyze this problem and I'd love to get compensated with this whole situation, FRAUD, OVER CHARGED, FALSE ADVERTISING, RUDE EMPLOYEE, AND MY TIME BEING WASTED. And then Robert said he did everything he can do to fix the problem, and he literally HUNG UP THE PHONE on me!!!! I am just so angry about his attitude more than anything. Words can make other people feel better but his words just made me feel worse and worse along the conversation. If you are shopping there, please check the receipt and price tag. They are very fraudulent and I think they know it because they sell to mostly tourists who cannot spend time to go back there to fix the problem. read more

I am an Avid fan of adidas usually, but the last few times I have came to shop here I have been met with such hostility from an employee named Ashley and the manager Sofia. The whole point of customer service is to serve your customers and not be met with attitude, especially this woman named Ashley, she always has a dirty look to her and she's incredibly rude and lazy when it comes to asking for a shoe size or clothing size, instead she's always on her phone and not being attentive to a customers needs--that I believe she needs to be fired immediately, you cannot work at a store like this and have attitude all the time, maybe she needs a remote job since she isn't helpful at all. There's also been times that I've asked for the manager Sofia and she's either not there or also isn't helpful either and standing around on her phone, I'm not sure why she allows this behavior of her employees to be this way. I come here often because I live in the neighborhood but I'm not kidding, it has been like 6 times when I come in while they're both working and it's just so unprofessional and unpleasant, I rather make the drive to the DTLA store than to be met with these two people, to be quite honest. They need better, more efficient staff and service. I will not be shopping here until Ashley gets fired or replaced. Her behavior is absolutely awful, disgusting and unacceptable. I'm general these two women bring the value of the store down immensely, and have no tact whatsoever in making their customers feel welcomed or comfortable. read more

Great customer service. Called in last minute to grab some holiday gifts and Mark was super friendly and knowledgeable over the phone. When I got to the store, the products I put on hold were ready to go, and Cisco, who rung me up, couldn't have been nicer. He was unphased when I asked for one more product at the last minute. I work in retail, so I know that can be frustrating at times - especially during the holidays. The staff at adidas couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I'll be back for sure! read more

I am a huge Adidas fan and this is one of the few places where you can buy the latest in Adidas Originals. I really love their collaboration with Farm Clothing from Brazil and before I purchase online, I check with the Melrose location and this location to see if they have it. Think of these locations more like boutiques for their street wear and less for your sporting needs. I love the layout of this location as it is two-tiered. The staff are very helpful as I have called a few times for stock checks. They won't hold anything overnight and being that they are in a trendy location, things tend to move out the store swiftly. read more

Great selection attire and footwear especially with certain sizes that are sold out or hard to find in regular adidas stores. Wished they offered more youth products. read more

I'm a big fan of Stan Smith shoe wear and old school Adidas garments, sweats, etc. I visited this location again and purchased another pair of Stan Smith shoes for $68.82. The store staff is nice, customer service oriented and pays attention to detail. They understand what they offer consumers and want to satisfy your shoe and garment needs! I love this new location and apparently they are now a top store in the Adidas chain of retail outlets. Highly recommend. read more

Disappointing that the sizes on almost all the shoes stop at 13. You would think that Adidas Originals would cater to the larger-footed human. Not asking for much, and the clientele is there for you guys to pursue! I am not patient at all and don't want to have you (which I'm fully capable of doing) order it online. You guys are more intelligent than this! I wear a size 14/15, so when I walk in, my first question is, "what size do you go up to?" Answer? "Most of our shoes are 13. We have a few that are 14." My go-to is and will always be.. Adidas Originals. When I'm doing a show or film in NYC, the shop in SOHO has always had my size in all their models. How can we out west be so short-changed? Now all this to say, sadly, I will come back to, at the very least, get my hands on new releases to make my "online" order. By the way, Nike shops now carry 14, 15, and some even 16s in all their models! But, outside of Air Jordans, not a fan of Nike! read more

Came for the International Women's Day Event. It was a great event support women all over. There was a DJ spinning sick beats and hor d'vours being passed out to the guests. The best part was all the women got to choose a track jacket and get it embroidered I wish my city did run club events like this. It's a great community of people. read more

Dope selection. They usually have the ivy park drops. Make sure to put in a reservation for the drops if you want to get in. I didn't and I was able to buy some of the rodeo collection, but so many of the things were gone. read more

Wow the quality of adidas shoes has really gone down. I bought a paid here that cost about $140 and I was surprised how quickly they deteriorated. Within about 2 weeks the fabric developed a tear and the rubber started peeling. I called to speak to an associate but they were rude and dismissive. Never buying Adidas again. read more

Had an amazing customer experience today at the new abbot Kinney store! The store is super clean and the staff was on it. I was in retail management for 10 years and the store manager for this store should be proud! The sales rep on the floor was so attentive and had awesome product knowledge. I have been shopping at this store on and off depends on parking which is difficult to find but when I see a parking I am happy to shop there. So, I went there this week, I was lucky I found a parking space..yeahhhh. I walked in the store one of the 2 workers was a busy while the FEMALE store clerk was busy sitting on the sofa with her friends just lounging around on her mobile so I went off shopping no assistance at all, had hustle my way back and forth to get the right size..I got frustrated had a talk with the Male Clerk/Cashier and let him know that it's ridiculous that she was sitting around not helping the costumers if she likes sitting around on her mobile that's ok but NOT ON THE JOB!!! Someone else will take her position. I saw the Manager told him what had happened and he apologized and told him.. he said that he would check the cameras but I dont believe that he did because I left the store and he the manager walk out with another Male store clerk around 5 minutes after. All the other Adidas stores that I shop at always get the job done and without the costumers asking for assistance. Get off the sofa and do your dam job. read more

This location is great. One of my favorite Adidas locations in LA now. One of the associates Chelsea is great!!!! Very attentive and a great spirit!!!! read more

Customer service was terrible. Took too long to get anyone's attention, seemed irritated when I asked questions, when I could track someone down to try on shoes he took so long I was just about to leave when he finally came back with the wrong shoes. The couple seated next to me we're having the same experience, so at least we could all laugh about it. read more

Every time I go in, this location has the best selection in LA! And I always manage catching a great sale. The staff is very friendly, especially management. Awesome location, great selection, and helpful staff. Was never a fan of Adidas before but this all changed after coming into the Originals store. This is the coolest place to shop by far! Each time I walk in I'm greeted like a friend. Most importantly I'm given just enough space to where I don't feel like I'm being hounded to buy something. Being a Santa Monica resident this store is some what out of the way but so worth it. The third street store is a hit and miss when it comes to customer service. I guess it's true when they say it's best to be original read more

Love, love, love this store! As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a gregarious smile. The dude made sure I had a pleasant experience all around and even went out of his way to ensure I had a proper shoe fitting. I visited the Venice location this morning. I had received some shoes from an ex and wanted to exchange them. Lyric quickly got me a sales rep to help assist with the exchange purchase.
