Shop workers I encountered were all very nice. The food court is completely empty! Everything looked boarded up! I walked in there with my 4 year old who had to use the bathroom and did not feel safe walking back the corridor of the food court to take her to the restroom. Literally no one was in the food court building that I could see. Thankfully one of the shops graciously let me take her in theirs. If you want food the only place is the steakhouse outside the outlets. They do still have some good store options left I like - bath and body works, Janie and Jack, Kate spade and if you need furniture I know the last place you think is an outlet mall but you got to check out Legacy Furniture in the back. Amazing quality custom furniture. It's pricey but worth every dollar! This is a convenient location to Winchester. I don't like driving all the way to Leesburg anymore and would love to shop here more if there were more options to shop from. Please consider attracting some better stores. It will likely never happen but I would love to see Tory Burch, some home decor places like Kirklands, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, etc. Heck, why not see if some regular stores like a Tjmaxx/Homegoods would move in? That would be awesome! I hope the next few years see some improvements!

Well its October 2025, and it was like a Ghost town and the food court was by far the saddest one. I think only two places were opened on a Saturday. Lots of stores are closed and the parking lot was completely free. Not much selection now in terms of things. They still have some clothing stores left, but not sparse in terms of styles. The food court is actually clean because of the low foot traffic and someone is constantly cleaning the place. They do have Tesla superchargers here so its a good place to charge and walk around. The chargers are in the corner of the lot and typically just walking to the bathroom and back and most of the charge should be done so not really much time left to wander. It was sad to see and kind of made me feel like life has moved on from my childhood.

The sales associates were cheery and delightful, offering ideas and suggestions, helping shoppers make some very tough decisions ("Do I get this bag in every color, or should I get this one color in a different style?") and making the men in the store feel slightly less out of place (like my very patient boyfriend!). They walked around with cheat sheets to help customers get an idea of how much their purchases would cost, and they happily did dozens of price checks for customers, when asked. I was having a hard time finding the right bag for me. I was in the market for a black patent leather bag (which they didn't have), that I could comfortably carry on my shoulder and tuck underneath my arm, that I could both wear to work and dress up, and that had a full zip closure. Nothing I found seemed to be fitting the bill. One of the associates (I think my receipt said her name was La H.) stepped in to help me and nabbed my (almost) perfect bag on the first try. It wasn't patent leather, but it was still pretty damn fabulous. And when the whole store is on sale, you can't stop at just a hand bag... that would be rude. No, one must share the love. So, I picked up some accessories for myself and for a friend (also on deep discount!) and STILL walked out paying less than I would have paid, full price, just for the purse. That, ladies, is what I call a score!

We walked in and looked around for a bit. Not seeing what he wanted where we were looking we asked where in the store would be the style he was looking for. We were told it was towards the back of the store. We started to head that way. Ten seconds later and they are yelling at us. Why? Because where we were, we were kind of blocked in. A gentleman in a wheelchair was trying on shoes blocking the one aisle. They employees were blocking the other part of the aisle, leaving for the only way to get to the back of the store behind the register. That was exactly why they were yelling at us. Because we walked the only way we could. We were told that we weren't allowed to walk behind the register. Well, one of two things here. Have an employee at the register so that we would know it was the register. Or be understanding that this is the ONLY direction we could walk. When my dad did find what he wanted and went to pay he asked if there was a senior citizen discount. Instead of saying yes and giving it to him they had a very harsh tone asking his age. We all know how a man near 70 year-old doesn't care if he hurts your feelings with what he says. That was my dad at that point. He ended up getting the discount, but only after the employees felt like their attempt at embarrassing my dad failed.

The discounts are genuinely good, not just small markdowns, and it's easy to find solid deals on training and everyday sportswear. The staff strikes a great balance. They're helpful and attentive when you need assistance, but never pushy or overwhelming, which makes shopping here feel relaxed. I still wear the pieces I've bought from here regularly, and the quality has held up really well over time. Overall, it's a reliable stop for good quality gear at fair outlet prices.

I was looking for a 3XL tee-shirt and I asked one of the associates to in the back to if there additional 3XL tee-shirts, he went to the back to check. Let me mention I did have one tee-shirt in my hand already to purchase along with any others they would have found in the back. This is where the issue begins Alex (new store manager) say hi and asked what I was looking for "I told him 3XL tee-shirt" . His quick response was "we do not carry 3XL in the store, sorry". I was taken back by that response especially since I was holding a 3XL tee-shirt in my to purchase. His quick response again was "that must have been a return ". At this point I am feeling like he has no desire to assist me, unfortunate but a true feeling at that moment. I took a few minutes to walk around and decided I need to tell Alex (new store manager) I did not appreciate the quick responses and the lack of effort to assist me with maybe ordering one right from the store. So, I took a shot and asked "if the only 3XL you may have in the store are returns maybe we can look up to see if there are any additional ones that have been returned. Again his quick response "I do not know how to look that up because I am a new manager". So, this is what I say to Under Armor management whether corporate or regional or the store general manager "TEACH ALEX HOW TO BE AN EFFECTIVE MANAGER AND HOW TO LOOK STUFF UP". That is a suggestion because that will cost sales in the long run. Disappointed buyer
