I think I have finally found a good salon. Girls are pretty picky about their salons and I am no exception. I have thick curly hair and it's just hard to do anything nice with. It's also a challenge to cut apparently. Anyways, I found Jenna at Adele Salon on a whim and she is fantastic! I called around a couple of places in Fremont looking for a last minute blowout. I had to get on a plane that afternoon to a wedding and didn't want to deal with my hair. She had an opening and could squeeze me in. She did a great job, so I booked her for my next color and cut. I had a couple of streaks that I had been doing fun colors, but it was time to go all the same dark. She picked a great color. After it was all finished she noticed a small piece that didn't take very well. Instead of ignoring it and hoping I wouldn't notice (because I wouldn't have noticed right away) she pointed it out and wanted to fix it. She couldn't do it that day, but made me an appointment for later (free of charge) so she could make it better. This really surprised me. I have had a lot of stylists that would just ignore it and hope I wouldn't notice. I highly recommend Jenna. She also gives a bad ass head massage while shampooing. read more

I had a cut and color with Karen 3 times. Each time the end result was underwhelming for the cost. To top it all off, Karen is totally rude. When I asked her to thin out my hair she told me that she didn't have a magic wand. I don't know how she can keep any clients in an upscale salon like Adele. Who wants to pay someone who makes them feel like crap and does mediocre cuts? My new stylist is amazing! I wish I would have found her sooner instead of going back to Karen. read more

I had chosen a time and confirmed in less than an hour which was super simple and convenient for me. I loved the modern and contemporary feel of the salon itself and even as a first time client, the atmosphere was very inviting. My hair was overgrown and I wasn't sure what was going on with my highlights so I was not only looking for a change but also some guidance. I saw Jenna for a haircut and highlights and couldn't be happier! My hair has a shape and style again and the color is perfect. I moved to Seattle about 2 years ago and was in need of a good salon. I happened to walk by Adele Salon one day and loved the interior design. I also noticed that they use Bumble & Bumble products- my favorite and same products used at my previous salon. I called and left a voicemail (they don't have a receptionist since it's a small salon, so usually you will need to leave a voicemail or email - not a big deal at all. They get back to you promptly) asking for an appointment with whomever had an upcoming appointment open. I saw Jenna and have been seeing her ever since.
