We pulled in here late last night into a spacious pull thru spot, super easy! Park is really clean and the people in the office were very accommodating this morning... Husband mentioned the spots are well graded and perfectly flat, making set up a snap, which is always a plus when pulling in late We have our two dogs with us and the small gated area (with grass) was clean and had nice comfortable chairs to take a seat in if you have a dog who (takes his/her time to do the deed) ALSO, there (wasn't) an overwhelming smell of dog urine that we've experienced at other parks. someone is maintaining this little area Small pool and BBQ area looked clean and user friendly. Their staff are always friendly and very helpful. I was new to RVing and they were always willing to answer my questions and when necessary showed me how to do it. Their bathrooms and showers are immaculate. I would come back if I was in the area again. read more

The mobile cord that came with my truck plugged right into 50A at my site and had me 100% charged overnight so I didn't have to make another stop. SKOOLIES ARE NOT WELCOME HERE. The maintenance guy was nice and let it slide since we arrived around dark and were only staying for 1 night, but that they do not allow bus conversions - regardless of if it is registered, insured and inspected as an RV. This was annoying because their website has absolutely NO mention of them not being allowed. It was was honestly even more frustrating because this place is literally 90% long term tenants and some of the RVs in there were 30+ years old and literally falling apart. Other than that It was a good experience, the staff was very nice and the grounds were meticulously clean. The tenants we met during our stay were all very nice. The WiFi worked well also! They don't have security but they might as well because their maintenance guy is up working basically all night and holds down the fort. If we were welcome here we would definitely visit again if we were passing through. read more

Went there to dump my septic tank on my trailer. The person at the store was very friendly and helpful. The cost to dump was $35. This also included rinsing out the system. Highly recommended. read more

What a great little gem we found on our way home from San Diego to the bay area. We wanted to break up our day so we didn't have so far to go from San Diego to Bakersfield and then on up to the bay area. I called on our way down to San Diego Looking for a place to stay on our way home. Victor returns my phone call and reserve the site for us for our return trip. Upon arrival the front staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly, Victor walked in front of our rig to show us where to park. The pull through sites are very easy to get into and there's plenty of parking for your toad. The park is very clean, not fancy, and the bathrooms are spotless. We wanted to go in the swimming pool but it was cold and windy. I hesitate telling everyone about this little gem as I want to make sure that there's room for us as we come through the next time. While you're in the area be sure to check out Richie's Real American Diner, in Victorville, it's only 10 minutes away, you won't be disappointed if you want a real old-fashioned diner. I have been here for a week now and plan to stay for a few months. Its very quiet and clean. Staff lives on property and has been very helpful. I love that they allow big dogs. The spa and pool is under construction and improvements are being made. They have a horse shoe pit, and one picnic table under a large gazebo. Free WIFI and Cable hookups. All spaces have a concrete pad and some have a storage shed. Only problem I have had so far is the ants and the flies. read more

Excellent stop before entering the Southern California mess. Park is full most of the time. Very clean. The manager, Victor, is a cool dude. And Gene, maintenance manager, so nice & helpful. Okay, I have a 22 foot van. Park was full. But, Victor & Gene figured out how to get 2 vans parked up front with 110 power. I'm fully self contained and didn't need it but nice if you do. Will definitely stop there again before entering SoCal. read more

Great place that exceeded our needs. Victor provided us with an alternative route that missed the LA traffic. As he explained, it was 20 min longer but we appreciated the less crowded scenic route. Gene kept the park ship shape. Clean and in good repair. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Spaces were level. Park was quiet and safe. We stayed here 4 nights. The place is clean and quiet. The Internet did not work and they said they were looking into it but I don't think they did. Showers were nice and clean but there was barely any water pressure. I would stay there again but wouldn't count on there being Internet. Place is mostly permanent residents and manager says the owner wants it to be all permanent so there is just a few RV sites (pull-thru) in the middle. read more

This is the second year we have stopped at Adelanto RV Park on our way to and from the Memorial Weekend High Desert Round Up. The park is clean and quiet. Both years we have traveled a great distance in our RV and it's a great place to break up our long drive. The pool, laundry room, bathrooms/shower and store are clean and well maintained. The staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful. We pulled in after hours and were met by Gene who directed us to our pull through space. He was so great about helping us hook up in the dark. We had a few special needs this trip and the staff and residents bent over backwards to help us out. The people in the office went over and above as well; Victor was informative and genuinely concerned that our needs were met. Hillary was kind and seemed to really care about our issues. It is rare to find such an overall great group of people. We would highly recommend this park to anyone and will make this an annual part of our Memorial Weekend travels. read more

Recently spent a couple of days at this facility. Can not think anyone with children should stay here. I overheard the manager or owner named Bill three different times with very strong and rude language. Also he is obnoxious when you ask hime any questions about the surrounding area. Spends more time with friends that visit him all day than he does promoting or keeping the property in ood running condition. Strong sewer oder coming from all dumps with no caps. Dumpster was overflowing but the R. V. Park only had approximately 8-10 customers. Manager was wearing the same TANK top as the day I checked in. read more

After driving 15 and 395 with gusts up to 45 mph this place was a much needed relief. Great burger place right up the street at a Valero gas place. Showers, laundry. Pool closed along with hot tub! Boohoo. Ah well. read more

We don't often stay in RV parks but it was hot and we needed hookups so we found this park. It is very conveniently located just a block or so from highway 395. It is very neat and clean, with larger sites than we expected. I called in the morning and asked the charge ($30) and if we could get a pull thru site. By 2:45PM we were there and had site 45, which was a pull-through gravel site with full hookups, but just what we needed. There is a small pool, which we didn't use, and very nice, clean bathrooms with 4 nice showers, which we did use. Stephanie, in the office, was very pleasant and efficient both on the phone and when I checked in. There are full-time residents in this park but their sites are not dilapidated and cluttered, as we have seen in other parks. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay very much. read more

I wish I didn't have to even put one star. I stayed here for 3mos because of my job and truly regret it. The owner Bill advertises that there is a spa and club room, which of course no one has access to. The spa from what I understand hasn't worked in over a year.The guy treats everyone like Shit. He is rude and cantankerous to say the least. Do yourself a favor and keep on rolling past this dive. read more
