I've had two different storage units at this location. This location frequently offers discounts…read moreand seasonal promotions, so it's been good for me. This location is gated, and you're provided with a code when you sign up. Also, the location provides security cameras throughout. There are multiple signs posted for a speed limit of 5 mph, which I think is great. It's nice for us to carefully and thoughtfully make it to our storage units. It's good to be respectful of the property. This is a pretty large self-storage facility. There's space for RVs, boats, and cars. The employees are always very friendly, even if there's a long line. My interactions with them overall have been very positive. I occasionally notice litter around the facility, but overall, the premises are kept relatively clean. They recently did some asphalt maintenance. They sent out emails and contacted us to let us know what was happening. We had plenty of advance notice, which was very professional. I like that I can pay online, pay in advance, and I can set up autopay. Overall, I believe it's a good value. The biggest thing I've noticed with my unit is that it gets pretty dusty, so I recommend the appropriate covers for furniture or mattresses. Even with the door closed and the unit being slightly elevated, the dust still gets into the unit. I decided to elevate my items this time and put them on metal shelving racks, and have a storage design of sorts. I didn't do that before, but since I've had many storage units over my lifetime, I've learned that elevating your items is better than leaving them on the unit's floor. Overall, I'm very pleased with this facility.
