When I called in to place the order, April was very nice and accommodating to the change my client wanted to make. Today, my client came in to let me know her friends loved the arrangement that was sent to them and said it was by far the most beautiful flower arrangement they have ever received. The plants always look like the have really been taken care of with minimal effort. The staff helped us pick out several plants and helped load the plants. We also picked out several pine trees to be loaded on to our trailer. It is always fun to come check out all of the new plants in bloom! I like this place, pretty good bang for the buck!

When the woman showed up, the bouquet was NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURE. There were no pink or red anything. It was purple, yellow, and some flowers were even broken already! I called the next day to complain about my service and the arrangement I had ordered. Not only was it not what I had asked for in regards to colors, but I was also over charged from the quote online. As I was telling the woman over the phone about my complaint she replied " I am working on a funeral right now, I don't have time for this s**t," before I was rudely hung up on. Not much has otherwise changed since my last review, which I honestly appreciate! Dietz Market has been around for a good long time in Durango. It's a mainstay along the highway as one of the first places you may come across when entering the town from the south. Almost hidden along 160, just before you get to Farmington Hill, you'll find this local gift and garden shop. Every time I visit, I find something new and interesting in the store, and now that I no longer live in Durango, I make sure to stop by before leaving. It has all sorts of interesting things, including spices and sauces, eclectic kitchen goods, toys for the kids, coffee, chocolates, pottery, chili ristras at harvest time, fairy garden furniture, and lots of pots and outdoor decorations for your butterfly garden at home. It isn't burdened by the crowds that shop downtown, so swing by if you get a chance. Fun!
