I waited inside the car for 6 hours constantly updating my phone. I called them constantly and they kept redirecting me or telling me lies or getting disconnected. I called about 10 tow places in Oakland and none of them were available. I called ZR towing and he picked up right away. It was 5am when I called and he was able to meet me in 10-15 minutes! Fastest response ever! He was super helpful and got my car to a body shop in the middle of the morning that is also Subaru Certified!! Maybe four or five other cars in need of the same service. I'll say this - they're as organized as they can be for the smell space they have. When it was time for me to get my tire put on, I pulled up and parked on the sidewalk. Trust me, there was a method to the madness. I was there for maybe 30-40 minutes in total. The cost of my used tire was only $70.
