Wanted some good breakfast!! Addy's grand slam!! Pancakes were freshly made, bacon wasn't burnt or soggy. It was just right with the correct amount of crisp. The eggs could've used some salt and pepper. And the cheese should've been mixed in them, not just on top. The hash browns could've used some flavor also. The customer service was GREAT!! The place is kinda of small but boy do they move in there. They get you in and out. Your not waiting over 15 minutes for your food. Definitely will try again, can't wait read more

Nothing but positive things to say. Snagged breakfast in Cleveland as part of my 6,000 mile food road trip. I'm from Pittsburgh so I hit lunch and dinner spots quite frequently. Never in city early enough for breakfast. Had a diner vibe in a mall/market building as they had a lot down a long hallway. Went for the eggs Benny and ended up ordering that AND the burrito with bacon (came with salsa and sour cream). Everything was delicious. Eggs perfectly poached. Service pretty quick. We stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning before the Guardians game. We had to wait around 30 minutes because the place was packed, but we were able to sit in the chairs right outside the door and take in the arcade. I found myself at work, on a Sunday of all days, craving an omelette and some home fries. A quick Yelp search reveals this place is open and not too far. So I took a quick look at the menu and phoned in an order. It's a very small place, so be prepared to wait for a table or just grab it to go. I was pleased with the food. Think greasy spoon with downtown prices. I ended up paying $13 for an omelette but again that location based. Food wise, it was average. My socks weren't knocked off, but I also didn't have any complaints. Remember you're paying for the location. Would recommend. read more

Traditional diner food served with a smile. I visited early on a Saturday morning. I arrived around 6:45am thinking they would be open, but I learned via a Facebook post of theirs that they didn't open till 7am on Saturday. I decided to go for the Eggs Benedict that comes with hash browns and I'm glad I did. The hash browns were made of sliced potatoes that were plentiful and fresh, not dry or over cooked. The ham was a good salty ham and the eggs I was given were cooked just enough so when I cut them the yoke drained onto the plate to combine with the sauce to give more deliciousness to spread on the eggs and wheat grain muffin. The service was very friendly and timely. All of the staff greeted me with a smile and asked me several times how my food tasted. They seemed to really want to make sure the food was good and that I was enjoying it. read more

Excellent food and great personalized service. Located close to sports venues, not far from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ... in the Gateway area. We had delicious homemade lunch and the next morning, breakfast at Addy's. We will definitely be back when we next visit Cleveland. Thumbs up! First time in Addy's and didn't even know it existed until my father told me about it. Went for a late breakfast and the inside looks awesome. Very nice colors and the tables and bar area look brand new. The table in the window is the best as you are able to "people watch" everyone in the arcade. Ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon and it was cooked perfectly. I enjoy burritos that don't fall apart when you pick it up and this one was very nicely wrapped. It's hard to mess up a breakfast burrito but I will be ordering take out burritos in the future. Only complaint would be that there was a lot of cheese and I had to pull some of it off. read more

Great little diner in the 5th street arcade. Went there twice last week, such quick service and great food! Hotcakes are warm and fluffy! From the time I ordered, it was probably 5 minutes until the food was brought out to me. Only knock would be the lack of cups/fountains. I got an orange juice, and it was a bottled one instead of the normal cup full. Just a small touch, as I get significantly less juice in the bottle than I would in a cup.
