My boyfriend is a big plant guy and we were very excited to check this shop out, but our experience…read morewas completely ruined by how we were treated by the owner. My bf gently touched one of the plants he wanted to purchase to fully inspect it before purchasing, but then the owner started berating us profusely. He went 0-100 & it was scary how deranged/out of control his anger quickly rose to. We genuinely apologized to him for touching the plant and for not having seen the very much faded and small sign that was hidden behind all the other plants. But alas, the owner kept going, escalating his anger, and began hurling insults at us calling us stupid even as we were on our way out. Seems like he's capable of being a decent human being to the others who have left good reviews. Based on this selective decency/kindness, I wouldn't recommend anyone to even take that gamble.

We had such a wonderful experience working with this florist for my grandmother's funeral flowers…read more After calling several places, he was by far the most helpful, accommodating, and kind. From the beginning, he stayed in contact with me, answered my questions, and even texted me throughout the process, which made everything feel much easier. My mom and I traveled from Texas to the Bay Area, and he took such good care of us when we arrived. He patiently showed us all of our options, helped us make decisions, and was very reassuring during an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family. Planning funeral arrangements while grieving can be overwhelming, but his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference. He is a wonderful business owner, and we are so grateful for how he treated our family and helped us create something beautiful for Granny.

I could not keep my eyes off the size of the Star Glazer all about 8 inches wide, (yes 8 inches wide) all fresh showing off brilliance and still had dew on the petals. My Stand Alone flower arrangement demonstated this was done by an artist who loves making his customers happy. Finding people who take pride in making others happy made me realize there are people who still care. Wilton's heart is as big as my Star Glazer arrangement. She created beautiful pieces from our vague descriptions of "California vibes" and "orange". We picked up our city hall arrangements the night before and they were fresh, spry and withstood a full day of wind in the city. For our reception, her team provided a variety of arrangements between the guest dining table centerpieces, sweetheart pieces, welcome display, and accompanying design needs. They were easy to communicate with and provided a detailed breakdown and helped us cut costs where needed. I recommend Momo's to everyone and for any occasion (or just because!). Thank you, Momo for filling our special days with the beauty and bounty of nature.
