Setup to collect no-show fees IMO. New patient and I have have 3 appointments, 2 "no-shows"…read more They have 2 systems. One is a patient portals that you use to do medical records and account stuff, that also has links and stuff for televisits. They don't use this one for televisits, they send out an email with a link to another portal that does televisits and billing/payments. Good luck getting anywhere with their office trying to resolve this. Then on the proper tele-visit portal the Dr did not show up or respond to chat messages. I got another no-show. This is been a terrible experience from this provider. Do not recommend.

If you are an addict, want real help, and you have committed your self to change then CRAMAHealth will save your life and get you back on track to being you. Zero relapses, people who really care, and I am going on 3 years. Honestly anyone that gave CRAMAHealth a negative review is because they are not yet committed to change their situation and are just looking for another source of drugs. Well yes, CH is certainly not going to support that lifestyle and your unhealthy self destructive habits. If you want real help, from people who really care --- I have never had an experience better than CARMA! Change your life, if not for you, for your family, friends, children, parents, all relationships, everything. Thank you CRAMA for being amazing and a life changing and saving experience!!!' I am so happy that I trusted the latest 2019-2020 reviews for this Doctor because as Michael G…read more said: "Dr. Weiss is the man!" The older reviews from 2016 seemed very outdated and in my experience, they were the complete opposite of how my time went there. Now let me tell you a little about my experience during my visit to Psychiatry Austin. As soon as I walked in, Chris at the front desk greeted me and was very helpful with getting my insurance information in order. As soon as I was done with all of my paperwork I was immediately seen by Dr. Weiss which is honestly pretty rare with the other doctors I have been too. With other doctors, I will be waiting in the waiting area for 20-30 minutes before being seen. During my appointment, Dr. Weiss knew so much about the treatment options for ADHD and he went above and beyond by making sure that I really understood every option available to me. In all of the doctors that I have seen this is by far the BEST psychiatrist that I have ever seen. With all this being said, I highly recommend Dr. Weiss especially for your treatment of ADHD. Pro Tip: The office is located at the end of the parking lot and make sure to look for the letter D.

It turns out the list of clinical psychiatrists in Austin is fairly short. I reached out to a few…read moredifferent offices in the area and Psychiatry Austin was the quickest and friendliest to respond. On my first visit it was clear that this is not some massive healthcare conglomerate with multiple levels of staff and a hustling bustling office...it's Chris the pleasant and responsive office manager and Dr. Weiss, whom I came to quickly realize is the type of person who has truly dedicated his career to improving the mental health of his patients. He explained drug interactions and potential outcomes to me better than any psychiatrist I've seen before. It's clear that he loves the science side of things just as much as the clinical conversations and is enthusiastic in educating along the way. For those that prefer a calmer office setting and more 1:1 personal interaction with staff, this is the spot.

Been going to Dr. Dale for over 10 years. After trying a few other docs around town with little…read moresuccess, he was the only one that came up with a proper diagnoses and treatment plan. He is happy to try multiple different and even lesser know treatment approaches until you get the results you're looking for. His small, quiet office is conveniently looked and he makes you feels cozy and at home. Only offers self-pay but most of the good docs do--totally worth it!

This man is brilliant. I could talk to him all day about non-therapy-session-related topics. E.g…read more peek the corner of his office for cryptocurrency mining rig. His knowledge of the esoteric details of medication allows him to find that perfect combination or brand or alternate approach. He has mentioned more alternative medications than any of my previous doctors; options I didn't come across in my research. I love doing my own research (which he supports) and as a result I occasionally, inadvertently challenge him with obscure pharmacological questions I read in a random science journal article -- but Dr. Dale is a walking textbook. Yes, he doesn't submit your insurance, but when you get to only needing quarterly med maintenance appointments, it's totally affordable. My normal BCBSTX gov marketplace discounted healthcare coverage still covers my medications, but I've also used the drug coupons conveniently included in the equally convenient auto-text you receive when Dr. Dale submits prescriptions to your pharmacy. (Also, I have noticed the "submit claim" button on my healthcare provider's website, who is constant improving their website UX -- all things considered it's possible using insurance is simple as paying my insurance bill? The money feels so well-spent I never think to investigate!) He builds you up. Somehow in a brief conversation -- that rarely feels medical in nature -- he identifies the one thing you need to hear that day and says it. Things you didn't even realize were stressing you. It's like he has intuition super powers. I seriously leave every appointment the happiest person on the planet. Comfortable and confident. Easy parking. He doesn't have a front desk person, which is nice in many ways, but I really appreciate not needing to repeat conversations about appointment times. Instead he sends you a calendar event invite reminder for your next appointment as you set it. Billing is automated. He responds to emails same or next day. The only times I've waited to see him were appointments I arrived early to. Quite an all-around efficient business he is running. I found him on Yelp after moving here from Los Angeles. Short on meds from the move, he saw me quickly without issue. I'm LGBTQ so it's always important for me to find someone who understands the culture. He has been nothing but unflinchingly welcoming. He worked with me in planning continued treatment while traveling Europe for work for over a year. When I had a boarder-line stalker ex post breakup, Dr. Dale even checked my ex's social media that month to make sure there were no bad signs. FWIW, I was being treated for depression and anxiety. Once that cleared up ASD1 and ADHD were identified to be the cause of my virtually life-long depression and occasionally social-phobia level anxiety. Today I know I have a healthy brain. I have experienced the triggers and easily moved on from them. I'm more creative and balanced. Since seeing Dr. Dale my sluggish life has started to transform, I snagged a dream job after years of interviews, I have become financially secure for the first time in my 34 years of life, better than I'd ever have imagined. I used to be a heavy drinker and today I don't even crave it when I'm around drinking. I am comfortable and no longer feel the *need* I used to feel in almost any social or public environment. When I do crave beer it is like someone turned off whatever that switch was that made me drink them so quickly and in college-life quantity. I usually forget forget I opened a beer halfway through! I credit all of this to Dr. Dale's continued support. Worth more than every penny, because he compliments my shoes.
