My husband and I dined at Ada's on a Friday afternoon around 3:30 PM. Without a reservation, we were warmly welcomed and seated immediately in a cozy corner booth with soft pillows. The ambiance was intimate and inviting, with just the right blend of charm and comfort. Our meal began with a trio of small plates that set the bar high: the brie with honey and apricot purée, St. Jermaine cheese paired with a ramp purée, and slices of cured wagyu beef. On a whim, I wrapped bits of cheese and apricot purée inside a wagyu beef slice and dipped it in honey... and wow! The creamy, salty-sweet, umami combination was pure magic. Highly recommend creating your own little wagyu roll-ups if you visit! For our main course, we shared the 40-day aged ribeye, cooked perfectly mid-rare. It came topped with beautifully caramelized shallots and accompanied by wild mushrooms in a rosemary and sherry sauce. Each bite was a perfect harmony of savory depth and aromatic richness. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and the whole vibe of the place just felt special. Ada's is a gem! We'll definitely be back. read more

Well I finally finished the James Trees Trifecta. Been to Esther's Kitchen and Al Solito Posto and finally made it to Ada's. It is a quaint little wina bar at Tivoli Village. Nice comfortable feel. I highly regret not remembering our servers name because she was fantastic. She's from Italy and should be easy to ID. Excellent service. The food was great as well. Sourdough bread with Duck Fat Butter, Cured Wagyu and the Royal ham with Quince fir starters. All soooo good. We also had the Lamb Ribs with a red wine cola reduction. I thought they were great my wife didn't realize they were braised so they weren't her jam. I had the Sweetbreads with a Cherry Jam and charred onions. Tender creamy and mild. Would definitely order again. We were both pretty full and took a pass on dessert this time but we will be back and save room for it next time. read more

Came here for a bridal shower and it was an absolute dream! Ada's is located in Las Vegas (Summerlin to be exact) but somehow you feel live you've walked into a quaint little cobblestone style, European coffee and wine bar - it is truly magnificent. They have indoor seating with an adorable bar you can sit at, as well as plenty outdoor seating that wraps around the restaurant. The food was amazing! They had a brunch menu filled with charcuterie, bacon, scrambled eggs, shrimp and grits, potatoes and pancakes. You could also order an omelette of your choosing. The wine choices were all delicious as well. The customer service is superb - everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Service was pretty good and food came out fairly quick, however, this was by far the saltiest food I've ever eaten. I came here super hungry, but after eating a bite, I completely lost my appetite. I don't know if i ordered the wrong dishes or something was up with the chef, but both of our entrees were extremely salty. I ordered the halibut, pork ribs, and the kale salad. Dinner here with my dear friend. We went with the price fix dinner for $45. That was a smoking deal!!!! The service was TOP NOTCH. Our server, our waiter, management were so warm and friendly. We felt like we were good friends who cooked for us, a great vibe. Started with the cauliflower panna cotta. The presentation was amazing. I definitely enjoyed this great herbal dish, nice hearty amount of chives that mixed perfectly together with the cauliflower, spices and oils. Next was the shaved pear salad and crispy sun chokes. Both incredibly delicious! Great flavors! Next was the roasted half chicken and tagliatelle which was fantastic!!! Dessert was the chefs choice and we shared the lemon crème brûlée wow, perfection! One of James Trees' trifecta. This snazzy little spot if situated in Tivoli Village with just the right pizzaz on the outside to elude to the fun on the inside. One of the BEST lunch I had the pleasure of having in a LONG time!!! My girlfriend & I both had a pampering massage at one of the high-end spas in town, to celebrate our birthdays early. We decided to dine at Ada's for lunch & what a wonderful decision! I made a reservation online a few weeks back, and forgot that the resv was for 1PM. #mombrain (it's a real phenomenon!). My friend & me asked the hostess to see if we could be seated one hour earlier, and the friendly hostess was happy to accommodate our request. We each ordered a glass of Rosé, which was refreshing. I had the roasted half chicken w/ charred broccolini; and it was delicious with crispy skin & seasoned perfectly! My friend had the Branzino, which came with orange & fennel jam - and she gave me a piece to sample - WOW, the fish was fresh & delicious; and my fav part was the TASTY jam! Aside from the amazing & fresh food, the customer service culture was superior too! One of the chefs brought out our main dishes & poured oil (I believe it was grape seed oil?) into the Branzino dish (see pic) & chatted with us briefly. We were so satisfied with our main entrees that we decided on sharing a dessert. The nice female sever recommended Pumpkin sticky toffee pudding, and again, phenomenal dessert with brown butter sauce that wasn't overly rich. This place just keeps on earning gold stars in my personal memory bank! I am obsessed with interior design, albeit, my profession is working for the federal government. Visited on a Saturday night (12/30/23). Was greeted as soon as we walked in. The host asked if there was a reservation and seated us accordingly. There is inside seating at high top, inside Santander's seating at a table, outdoor seating as well (they do have heat lamps available). Once seated the bar back came and asked preference of water (filtered house, sparking, etc). Menus were already on the table. The beverage menu is extensive and overwhelming to go through. It's literally 15 plus pages (beer, mead, red wine, white wine, bubbles, rosé, etc). The food menu is one page (it appears the food menu doesn't change much based on the current menu photos in YELP). Wines by the glass start at $15, bottles range from $35-$100 plus). Tried the pan roasted chicken served with charred broccoli (recommended by our server), pear and blue cheese salad, and a squash that was covered in nuts and hot honey. Portion sizes are tapas style and food items range from $15-$40. Of the three dishes I enjoyed the squash the most. It came with an aioli which really complemented the dish. The chicken wasn't of my liking, the skin had a light salty taste, but no other flavors. The charred broccoli tasted like burnt nothingness. No seasoning on it either. The pear salad has a gamey funky taste- and it wasn't the blue cheese. I actually love blue cheese but there was something just not right with this salad. The wine we initially wanted to try was the 2021 Monteseco Piefranc- our server told us they had no more of. So we decided on the Fun blend, but wanted to try it before making a decision. Our server mentioned he'd be back with our tasting. Shortly after our server left. Another server came to our table with the 2021 Monteseco Piefranc ( that our server told us they had no more of). He poured a tasting, while we were going over the menu and asking questions about the food. He abruptly interrupted and forcefully asked one of us to try the wine and make a decision. WOW! Politely we mentioned we had already tasted it and it would be fine. Overall an interesting vibe and experience from Ada's. Shameful because I was really excited to try this spot. I think the essence and vibe of a few businesses in Tivoli Village is more so the aesthetic than the experience or service itself. I'd love to try Ada's again for good measure but would likely not return. Parking available downstairs in parking garage or street parking alongside the various businesses. read more

Earlier in October I had a great experience here. They have an awesome selection of wines to choose from, and my server was super knowledgeable. I have always loved white wines I never truly found a red that I would go back to, but my server recommended one to me and I wish I had written down the name!! I loved it! Some of the food options were a miss. Cauliflower was basically burnt, chicken a lil dry. Cute inside with plenty of wine options. We've been here a few times, and it is a little gem. This last visit seemed to get Penny pinched left and right. $15 beer. A piece of cheese with apricot and honey, but they insist on adding bread because it it doesn't come with anything. We ordered the bread and had to ask for butter as the bread did not come with any. We also ordered the crab cucumber salad, which unknowingly had a horseradish and wasabi dressing. They didn't think to add that on the ingredients? The pasta dish had very little flavor and a small portion for the price. read more

Bring new to living in Vegas, I decided to venture out on a Saturday night without any reservation to the busy Tivoli Village. Surprisingly, there were plenty of seats at the bar (I was there before 6pm). The bartender was friendly and recommended the wine flight to start. I wanted to try everything but didn't want to over order. I had a light salad with lots of shaved Parmesan and braised lamb riblet. The lamb was well seasoned and cooked. It came with wine since lightened with fresh mints. The plates are tapa portion so each person probably will's order 2 to 3 dishes depending on how hungry you are. I liked the chilled vibe and the friendly service 4*. The food and wine I had were good 3.5*. I'll be back with more people to try more dishes next time to get a more comprehensive review of the food. read more

It's always a joy to dine at Ada's located Tivoli Village. I've been here a few times, and the food has never been disappointed. Service is always on point. Food: Cheese and Charcuterie Board Garlic & Chile Shrimp (Best Dish) Mick's Royale with Cheese I've had other dishes but I can't remember them. The best dish is the garlic & Chile shrimp. It's a little spicy but great flavor topped with garlic. I enjoy this dish a lot. The cheeseburger is also a hit. The meat has a great flavor. I had a fabulous experience here on a Monday night celebrating my anniversary. I made last-minute reservations and was greeted by a very friendly staff member. They started our dinner with a champagne toast, which was a very classy move. It set us up for success in enjoying the evening. For drinks, we went with the Somm flight. Considering Ada's is a wine bar as well, we trusted they would serve us some unique and delicate wines. Four solid 3 oz pours, including 2 whites and 2 reds, complimented our evening perfectly. We skipped on appetizers and jumped into their plated entrees. I went with the chicken thigh recommendation, which was a nice trip to the south. A very juicy piece of chicken over creamed corn and a side of blueberry cornbread. Yes, please! My partner enjoyed his smash burger. It honestly was an upscale or adult version of a Big Mac, and I mean this in the most respectful way possible. It was amazing! Their duck potatoes were also phenomenal, I loved the creme fraiche. We had some room for dessert and went with the upside-down chantilly cake that came with strawberry and rhubarb. It was a nice way to end our meal. I have to mention the cozy ambiance, it was very inviting and the staff was very hospitable. It felt like a fine dining experience right down the street from my home. Definitely very overpriced for what they offer. went for Valentine's day special thing and pre paid the tip and also tipped on top just for the fact the servers were nice. The food was very very unsatisfactory, first course was ok at max. second course was a steak and it was extremely chewy, could barely get it down whatsoever, the fact the food took about 1 hour and a half to even completely get there doesn't make it any better. Atmosphere was nice and music was good at least which is why I rated it 2 stars instead of 1. though if you're only going for wine, they do have decent selections. We ordered the top of the line menu which included tip and were seated at a toddler size table for a wine tasting experience!! Absolutely not ok with this. You need to treat your customers with respect and give them the best service possible for what they reserved. Wow, this place is not only super cute but the food and wine were fantastic! We tried a variety of food items such as the scallops (an absolute MUST HAVE), the mussels (phenomenal) and the prawns (delicious). Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. The scallops and mussels were definitely the highlight but all of the food was good. Service was friendly and attentive while also giving you the time and space to enjoy yourself. The selection of wine was nice with very fair prices. We had an amazing time here and will definitely be back to try more food and wine. Oh and they also have a super cute outdoor seating area as well which would be nice to enjoy in the evenings when it's not super hot during summer! Let me start by saying what a hidden gem!!! This was my very first time going to Ada's and I will 100% be going back!! The ambiance of the place is so cute and simple. We chose to sit outside on the patio and we had the cutest sitting area all to ourselves. But walking through the inside, it was very open and clean and just felt like a fun little spot you could sit and enjoy and awesome meal while watching them cook. Our server was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us great recommendations. We did the sommelier wine sampler and he was wonderful at explaining everything he brought for us and helping us get some great pics. Besides some awesome wine, they had delicious food as well! I ordered one item from the brunch menu and the rest from the standard menus. The Pan con Tomate was FANTASTIC and this is my plea for them to add it to their main menu. It had gorgeous bread on the bottom, well seasoned tomatoes on top with a tangy aioli to go with. 100% recommend ordering! We also got the red snapper crudo which was slightly spicy in a fantastic way that went with the fish, and the upside down cake that perfectly embodies summer. We also took the recommendation to pair a wine with the cake and it was exceptional. The crispy asparagus was the only thing that I didn't love, the flavors were alright but it was 90% breading and very little actual asparagus.
