Excellent work customer service is zero. An employee by the name of Stephanie, which claims to be…read morethe owner and by right you maybe.. is the RUDEST woman on the planet earth. Her lack of professionalism is underneath the table and should be thrown in the trash. The only reason I have continued to spend my money there is because I've been unable to find someone who does good quality work. Please if you have to deal with Stephanie find another place. SHE IS NOT WORRH THE HEADACHE..

I rarely write reviews but just saw that this review was started but unposted and unfinished years…read moreago. I don't do much in this business like I used to but I do clearly recall my experience here. They were nice and I was probably being a little unfair. Still, I always had mistakes and a bunch of misprints but instead of the making it right they just said I had to expect those mistakes. That'd be fine for your family reunion tees, swap meet tees, or kids soccer team I suppose. I was trying to run a brand that was growing and had a strong reputation. Misprints every batch weren't working. I helped my friend get started though and took him to Awesome and he actually had a pretty awesome experience. I remember we would pick up our orders and mine would have mistakes and his wouldn't. haha. I'll raise it to a two star since they were nice and I later learned how common mistakes can be. I also learned that the good printers have a percentage of misprint allowed when the customer supplies garments but will replace and pay for anything beyond that percentage. See my rant from years ago below ------------------------------------------------------------------ It's too bad you have to leave at least one star. I guess their pricing warrants a star because they are inexpensive. You know why they are inexpensive though, because they are cheap. I'll make this easy for you and run down my list of problems and then finish on a compliment or two. - No structure! I remember walking out of their shop after giving a cash down payment and having to remind Josue the owner to take down my customer info and specific colors that I wanted printed. - I had to call them every time to see if my orders were ready, seemingly reminding them to print my orders - Misprints and mistakes! This happens at every printer but the difference is that other printers do quality control checks before giving the product to the customer and then clean any misplaced ink with a machine. At "Awesome" I had to take my orders home, go through each one searching for stray ink, mispositioning, bare spots (all things ive experienced here) and then take the order back to be fixed

Best customer service!…read more I've ordered from here twice now and both were pretty last minute, but it was no problem for them. They fulfilled my order quickly and the quality was still great! I believe the person that helped me both times was Freddy and he's very kind and helpful! I highly recommend T-Shirt Source Daly City for all of your custom apparel needs.

If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.
