So I have someone drive me over there in the pouring rain at 4:45 only to be told my vehicle wasn't ready. I would've been fine with that if someone would've called me or I had a number to call for an update. The tech offered to stay late but I told him it would be fine tomorrow. They did call me the next day. The quality of the repair was good and the staff was nice. However, I received countless texts and calls reminding me of my appointment to the point of annoyance.
