I needed a windshield replacement before driving a van to California. So I waited three extra days because of the weekend to get it installed on Monday. I got a confirmation text message that they would be coming Monday between 8 and 5 PM. I sit here until noon when they told me they just got hold of the guy and he can't be there for three more days. They said the text message confirming my installation did not mean anything that I had to talk to a person.. How would I know that in the end I had to give up and call head to Houston to get a windshield there. I will be saving $135. Thanks! read more

12 inch crack in my Lexus es 350 winshield. Tried to call. Safelight but impossible to talk to them! I found Mississippi Windshield Repair in Madison and called them. They promptly answered the phone and after a few basic questions they gave me a price quote. We agreed that they would be at my house at 10:15 the next morning and they were there at 10:10!
