Even though various prices are listed, I required additional assistance and Erron was prompt with returning my call and extremely patient explaining the different types of tint and percentages. Once tint was installed, he called to advise and sent invoice electronically via text. When I arrived to pickup vehicles, he thoroughly explained how to clean tint and other things to do and not to do. I shall MOST DEFINITELY tell everyone about the SUPERB customer service and AMAZING tint installation!!!

Have I mentioned he was able to show up at work place within a couple of minutes and was able to get my vehicle done that day. After the service, Chris also assured that if there any issues, he'll meet up once more and fix it. --update-- Tiny bubbles all over windshield and some on passenger side. I have attempted to reschedule twice with Chris, but he never shows up due to things kept coming up. He let me know the first time and we forecasted the meetup a week out, but something came up and he rescheduled to early Sunday. I rescheduled that appointment because I didn't want him working in the rain. Monday morning, he was a no- show and did not let me know until 10 min after the meet up time. This is my first and last time trying mobile services. Sure, it's convenient but it's also shooting darts in the dark due to environmental factors. It's fine, I'll get it redone elsewhere. I'm redacting only 2 stars because he's a nice guy, but I suggest he keep his word and schedule better.

I recently had my car windows tinted, as well as having several door dings removed. They did an excellent job! A couple of the door dings were in a crease in the body panel, which makes it 10 times more difficult, but they did an excellent job. For the dents that were in the smooth surface, you can't tell that they were ever there. The window tint job came out much better than I expected. I upgraded to the ceramic coated tint, which reduces 90% of the heat, which is great for the summer in the South, especially since my car is black on black. I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job. I thought I was just going to drop it off and pick it up later, but my plans changed and I ended up waiting in their lobby, but I didn't have to wait nearly as long as I expected. I would highly recommend that you give them a call. They may not be the cheapest place in town for tint, but you get what you pay for! I'm more than happy!
